I can't believe how much they try to upsell now at drive thru. I ask for a 10 piece nugget they ask do I want to make it a meal I say no then they ask do I want a 2nd 10 piece at 2 for 7 dollars I say no then they ask do I want to try a Krispy creme donut I say no. All this after first asking will I be using the mobile app today. It has become a very unpleasant experience now going through the drive thru.

The experience was fine but my sandwich wasn’t made how I asked. Minor inconvenience, mistakes happen but the service was still good and fast as a fast food place should be so I would still go again.

We ordered food and waited for delivery with a table number tag (food delivered in this establishment). While we were waiting, a female customer was arguing with a worker( I think she was a supervisor or higher rank) over our food between the two. It was at least for a minute or more. I went to pick up our food while they were still arguing. Our fries were in bags and not covered. I returned to the counter and demanded replacement for all the fries. The same woman who argued with a customer replaced our fries without apologies. I think she should be disciplined for arguing with a customer in front of customers, for poor customer service skills, and be disqualified for handling food safely.

At approximately 7:53 PM, November 23, 2024 I purchased a meal deal which included a chicken sandwich and french fries ,nuggets and a beverage from McDonald’s near Edison New Jersey on route one south. Within hours of became very ill experiencing cramping and diarrhea. This went on for two days when I realized that I had eaten Contaminated food from McDonald’s near the Menlo Park mall. I will never return to this place .

So the workers and the manager at night around 11.30p.m. are very rude and disrespectful. They gave us raw mushy fries. Then we waited for another 15 mins after they gave us an attitude. They gave us redipped fries still tasting nasty as hell with no salt. I will never go there again. Poor food quality and customer service was terrible. I used to work there when it was way better. Went downhill drastically.

IF YOU WANT TO GET ON THE PKWY OR RT1N TAKE THE REAR EXIT AND MAKE A RIGHT AT THE LIGHT ONTO PARSONAGE RD AFTER SHAKE SHACK. Place was empty so I would say the atmosphere was great. Got breakfast steak and egg on a bagel, typical mcds quality and timing. no complaints.
Dietary restrictions: I asked for no cheese and they got it right. Most places have lately but in the 90s early 2000s it was a problem. Thank God for the vegans and others that have joined the no cheese club.
