I want a chicken sandwich and the person taking my order have and attitude like he was mad because I want a chicken sandwich oh we don’t have that 🤦♀️ really he put in my order nuggets keep asking me for sauce like he was in a rush and I said I didn’t order nuggets oh well we don’t have chicken sandwich if you want crispy at the end hit the worst chicken plain with pickles and taste like 🤮

I ordered 1 large and 1 small of sweet tea. And drive thru gave me 2 medium instead because they run out of large cup. I said atleast give me 2 small and a 1 medium cup. How am i gonna get some on the other cup if both of rhem are medium. And the worker gave me an attitude answer and close the windo right away. Im upset. Always have an issue on this location. And by the way the other medium cup is not full its only 3/4 full.

Run by kids that were taught to rush you and not give you ketchup. Paying 20-30 dollars for food that’s not good for you and servers that only care how long it took to get rid of you. Tired of it going to chick fil A.
I went there 10/16/25 at 725pm placed my ordered on the kiosk and went inside to place order. When I got home my daughter was going to eat her kids meal and when she moved her fries she saw a roach then I moved the toy and two more came out. I called the store and the lady that answered the phone said come back for new food. How is that a solution?!

Absolutely horrible. My husband just picked up our mobile order. They told him it wasn't ready yet, here's your soda while we make everything fresh. He waited 15 minutes only to come home with old dried out French fries and also old dried out burgers. Both were definitely sitting under the heat lamps and warming trays for awhile. Especially the fact that the burgers were modified, which means a fresh burger should have been cooked. But my guess is that they just took the burgers that were sitting there, and pulled off the pickles and onions. Absolutely disgusting. The burger was so hard and dry, I actually started choking on a piece, before I threw it out. What a complete waste of $50.

I just left the drive-thru and watched the same person cleaning/sweeping the floor bag my fries with the same un-clean hands 🤮🤮🤮 she didn’t wash her hands and she saw me watch her the entire time. She was also preparing another bag for another customer. That’s just so wrong 😩
