Everything was delicious! The sushi was very fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can really tell that they use fresh ingredients, and every dish we tried was so good. Everyone in the korean community knows this place is a korean restaurant in disguise. The owners used to own Duk Soo Goong which was a korean restaurant at this same location. They closed during the pandemic and reinvented themselves as Miso Sushi.
OGs still call this place Duk Soo Goong and they order the korean dishes. In particular, the Hwe Dup Bop, which is the sashimi bibimbop on the sushi entree menu, is very popular. Pretty much any korean dish you order...
