Him and his whole team helped us throughout the entire process and were very accommodating.They accommodate very well for Muslims, as well as people with other dietary restrictions. Lana was the most post polite, responsive person at MughalCaterers. Mughal's items were excellent and everyone complemented that every item was tasty.The non bengalis also liked the bengali samosas (singara) . The jackfruit biryani was very tasty . We had Moghul cater 3 of our wedding events and we received so many compliments from all of our guests on the presentation and taste of all the dishes. Dimpy is an absolute gem and was so helpful every step of the way. Half of our wedding guests had a strict diet (vegetarian, no egg/onion/garlic/mushroom) and we were very nervous there could be a potential mix up or the food would lack flavor. However, Dimpy reassured us every time we spoke to her that this would not be a problem and it wasn't! Moghul has a huge catering menu and will have any and every dish you want. Dimpy helped make suggestions and they were all a hit! Thank you Dimpy and the rest of the Moghul team for making our special days so amazing and stress free!

We recently had a 380 person wedding in Cape May, NJ where the venue did not have a kitchen where cooking outside of the venue was also not an option and space for cocktail hour was limited and we were not able to find a caterer that would take on the challenge. We met with Rajeev who was ready to take on this wedding and we could not be any happier! We truly don’t even know what he did and where his team cooked, warmed up and fried the food that was being served but he made it happen!! It was such a smooth process for us and he made sure everything was handled and every little detail was thought of and taken care of! We’re still in shock at how it all played out. All of the food was so beautifully presented and all of our guests kept telling us how amazing all of the food was and some of the best they’ve ever had! We also had them cater for our Sangeet where the food was equally as phenomenal and Neeraj was great in making sure everything went smoothly. Kunal has also helped us to come up with the rental list and was very helpful during the site visits conducted. Food is always the one thing everyone remembers at a wedding and we’re so glad we went with Moghul and got to work with Rajeev. Thank you to the entire team we appreciate all of the hard work!!

We have no regrets in choosing Moghul as our wedding caterer for lunch and dinner this past weekend. Sure there are other options in NJ, but no company has the reputation that Moghul has. Our guests are still talking about how good the food was. They offer some unique dishes during cocktail hour like idli fries, chicken 65 in bao buns, and kati rolls. The presentation was well thought out. Prior to the wedding, Kkunal had reviewed our dishes and made recommendations based on what dishes go well together. Our onsite manager was Dimpy who did an excellent job too. We made a last minute change to have our private bride and groom lunch in our wedding suite. Within 5-10 mins of that moment, a table was set up and every dish from the wedding lunch in large portions in small professional serving trays (thanks to venue and moghul). The spice levels were exactly what we expected. We look forward to going to other events catered by Moghul.

We just celebrated my nephew's wedding at the Shadowbrook in Shrewsbury last weekend and I was fortunate to be asked to take care of the catering for the wedding (since I had the experience after having gotten my children married). It was Gujrati+Punjabi wedding.We all know that we want our special day to be far beyond imagination and we just want the BEST venue, we want designer clothes, we want the BEST DJ and the BEST photographer. But believe it or not, the thing that is most remembered and the most talked about, even after the wedding is over, is the food. So I knew that I had a tough job, especially because it was an inter-culture wedding. Without any second thoughts, I called Dimpy (who had helped me with my kids wedding which was an Indian + American wedding) and scheduled an appointment to meet her. She is always so positive and vibrant and I don't know where she gets all this energy from, but she definitely makes your day.We had a total of 3 events and we wanted to make sure that we didn't repeat the menu at any of our events. We also wanted to make sure that we had the Punjabi delicacies as well as the Gujrati delicacies.. And Dimple gave us a menu that we couldn't have even thought of. She had a section dedicated to Gujrati's and then a section for the Punjabi's and the in between the two were some common food items and desserts. I don't think anyone could have expected this kind of food or presentation. The variety of food and the quality/ quantity of food was just great! However the icing on the cake was the Viennese Display at final event- the Reception.Dimple, you are just awesome with what you do and it's always a pleasure working with you. Your personally being there for all the events is much appreciated. And make no mistakes, I am not done yet! I have a long line of nieces and nephews who will be getting married in the future, and you shall always be our go to person. Thank you for all your efforts to give our guests such a wonderful food experience.

The kindness and consideration they showed me as a guest at a wedding they were catering was astounding. I have a severe tree nut allergy and they showed me every food I could eat that was nut free. Then when the desserts all had nuts in them, they made my partner and I ones that were nut free. I am so impressed and so appreciative!!! I have never had people be so thoughtful about my allergy.
