Vegetarians, don't let the name keep you away: this place is a wonderful option. The soup bases are all vegetarian, as they proclaim on the very first line of the menu.

I got the traditional Chinese sauerkraut soup with two kinds of tofu. Let me say up front that very few foods taste genuinely novel to me, and I love all kinds of fermented vegetables. So the second pleasant surprise (after the great menu) was the flavor of this dish. I simply could not...
