Vegetarian options: Panera is boasting about their fresh veggies and salads. customers ordering watch before eating if food is in good condition or not this affects health by eating stale foods from restaurants. I ordered Baja Bowel they were out of tomatoes & cost it’s expensive with this thin bowl not enough compared to chipotle or Qdoba I am not satisfied with the food will never order online no discounts charging convenience fee for credit cards plus delivery and tip not happy at all

Panera and Yelp threatened with legal action by hiding the review when I talked about the C grade when their food is atrocious. I found bugs, inedible substances inside the sandwiches, & not to mention cold. Can't comment on the service since I didn't utilize the cashier. The machines were faulty but guess we'll see if Yelp will delete this review.There was also a couple middle aged employees by the name of Alex & Paul who made weird expressions at little girls during my duration there (and I mean girls that are toddlers like 4-5 year olds). Not to mention, kept staring at them. Very disturbing that I don't want to go into detail. Advise y'all to not sit in if you have young ones, or rather just avoid this place overall, between the overpriced inedible food, the disgusting restaurant, and the creepy employees.

I love panera, HOWEVER this location is horrible! Terrible customer service ! I came in today at 8:30am after school drop off to pick up a simple parfait. It’s a breakfast item during breakfast hrs and the manager refused to have it made for me. On the app is was available to be made but since the school is close by I figured I’d just go in person. The manager refused to speak to me and had her employee be the messenger . A parfait is simple nothing to it and they couldn’t prepare one for me , although it was available! I visit other Panera’s in surrounding areas but of course the one convenient to me has terrible service . Extremely disappointed!

The tables were not clean and the drink cups are not available at the drink station. You need to get your cups at the food pickup then take it to the drink station. They also will not give you a cup until your order shows onto their screen. This is not fair to Senior Citizens who may be low mobile.

Good morning everyone. I Wish I can give more than 5 stars. I literally go out of my way every morning just to go to their location because they knock it out of the park every single time. John Sam and Darren are amazing managers. They have an amazing team. They knock it out of the park every time. I can't rave enough about this location. And I don't think that they get the credit that they deserve from upper management but I praise them. And I give good compliments all the time. Call incorporate and you know, leaving surveys. I just have to leave one publicly. Because for the last year they they know me by face the name and I just think that that's amazing. It shows how much they love what they do. And they really genuinely care about their customers. And you don't get that a lot these days, so Shout out to you guys. In Edison, you guys rock. Keep doing what you're doing.
a pastry item we ordered was a little stale and the manager immediately replaced it with a bakery item of our choice and then gave us 2.... excellent customer service!

September 2022Very new and extremely clean. Fast service and my Asiago bagel with egg, cheese, and bacon was hot, fresh, and delicious. Coffee was very good too, and not thin like I usually find at many Panera locations.
