I don't come here to frequently but when I do the staff are friendly and the food is decent enough. But please, mop the floor! Everytime I enter this location there are stains on the floor and its super stickey. Its actually quite gross and I'd hate to think what the kitchen looks like.
For 3.99 that may have been the worst and most expensive single bagel I eve had. I don't like to complain about price; but, if you charge 4 dollars a bagel it should be good. Mine went from bag, to taking 1 bite to the garbage. So over cooked I couldn't eat it.
manager Edwin was professional, patient, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. You can really tell he cares about customer service and creating a welcoming environment. Appreciate the positive experience
