I love the pretzel factory, the staff are very friendly. The boy with the piercings and tattoos walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions. He was super kind and patient and i was very grateful for that.
The place was nice and clean. The pretzels were delicious! Ceaser helped me on the phone before I came in, and he was super helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
Have been coming here for a bit now and I can say that this place has the best pretzels in town. Staff is always welcoming and friendly, especially this tall kid with tattoos. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.
