This is some amazing ramen, just absolutely delicious stuff. I had appetizers and a rice dish, but indeed if you say you're a ramen place and my mouth isnt having a party, what is the point. And I got the point because everything else became noise because of the bowl I had.

Also the broth was very drinkable? I haven't been to too many ramen places but I could never drink the other place ive been to cause of the salt, but all I tasted was damn good...

This is genuinely the best food I have ever had in my life. The rayaki fries and broccoli robatayaki are so good. I'm serious about the broccoli. I have no idea how they make it; it's the perfect balance of char, crisp, sweetness, and saltiness. I can't describe it to its true merit. I mostly ate the appetizers, but I had a taste of the ramen, and it was really good.

After hearing my friends talk about Rayaki long enough, I decided to stop by after spending the day nearby at Albatross (Edison). It was a Saturday night and it was fairly empty which was great since we got a seat quick!

I had to start with a guava ice tea; anything guava I am ordering. I also got the shrimp bao buns that were the perfect combination of crispy and fluffy. The vegetable ramen with a side of shrimp tempura was my order and I ate every single bite.
