I have been here multiple times, driving from Phoenixville PA. Of the very very few places that does not disappoint me. If someone likes real food with real spices and flavor, this one has been unbeaten. They take the time and care with food. If you are going to ask someone that really honors their food, this place hits home (India) the most.
What a lovely gem in Edison! Food was so flavorful! The owner/chef was very welcoming. And the decor was so beautifully unique! Haven’t seen anything like it in the area! Will definitely return for the delicious food!
I specifically chose this place because it offered dal-baati -churma. We ordered Rajasthani Thali (available only for dine-in) and dal bati churma. I loved every thing I ordered. Everything was freshly prepared. Chaach and Dal tasted just back like Jaipur. A must-visit restaurant in New Jersey! I also highly recommend the Khasta Kachori! Lastly, the decor of this place has a personal touch - so if you are looking for good ambience, this is the place!
