Went there with family for 2 breakfasts, on 8/22 and 8/25, while at NJ for a wedding, both were good. The 1 star had to be taken 'coz the poori order came with some sort of a veg kuruma that was subpar and wasn't fresh. All other items were great, including the ever popular rose milk.
My all time favorite place! I usually come here by myself for the filter coffee and the dosage varieties. Never disappoints. And large get-togethers are no problem either. The staff are amazing and it's excellently maintained for a 20 or old restaurant!
Idli Sambar was delicious. So was medu vada, rasam, and dosa. Everything was freshly made, they said. And we could tell the difference. We didn’t like upma that much. My kids were fascinated with those old-style soda bottles with a marble inside. Great service too!
