We came here for thali experience. The boy who served us, was so polite, humble and hard working. The way he treated us, made us feel just like home. Love the food, atmosphere, and song collection. We also ordered one Thali to go and Jalebi wasn’t included in it (because it had gulab jamun in it). We requested him for jalebi, and he said it was complimentary for the dine in guest only, and yet he gave us the jalebi for take out. That was really nice of him. We waited for him...
Loved the food, the price is very reasonable and the taste is extremely authentic. It tastes homemade. The place is 1 hour from my house but I would drive down there to have that food!
When we reached there at 8:30 pm on a Sunday, we expected to see it buzzing with people. As it is in Edison and has a large Indian community. But it was empty and we were the only ones. So we did not expect much, but due to the lateness and hunger cramps we decided to just get on with it and eat. When the food arrived we were blown away by the freshness and the authentic taste. We will defined go back when we visit NJ.
