The food is always really good here the service is excellent I'm never disappointed at this location this time I actually ended up getting a shake which I never did before I got the Dubai chocolate pistachio shake it was amazing š. The only thing I don't like about this place is everything is separate a la carte so you can't get a meal like french fries and a drink for three people the bill was $85 which I think is kind of a lot for lunch

The shake wasn't thick.. but the manager was sooo nice & gave me a refund. The Dubai shake is made different then the one advertised. No magic shell; just a chocolate shake. Same for Livingston location. This is Livingston from Livingston NJ

Shake shack, my dearest love. Whenever the day is gray, I turn to shake shack to mend my sorry soul. Their crispy burgers with tangy pickles and delightful shack sauce fill me up with glee. I love getting their amazing cheese sayce on the side, dipping each golden crispy fry lovingly into it. Malted vanilla shake to wash it all down. Nothing beats a burger, fry, and shake meal. Shake shack does it best. Iāve read reviews about how this is a ābad franchiseā location-wise, but it always is hits perfectly and I imagine the cooks pull a SpongeBob making my burgers. They tuck the pickles in with the cheese and draw smiley faces with the sauce on the pickles. Then they whisper their hopes and dreams to the burger. Their burgers taste like hope, and love, and joy. Their fry cheese sauce is made from the finest dairy cows, forget velveeta, this is true liquid gold. Thank you, shake shack, for everything. I love you.

Visited the RT-1 Edison location across from Menlo Park Mall and tried the Avocado Bacon Burger. Ordering was easy with self-serve tablets or online. The burger was flavorful and very fillingāI got the double, but a single wouldāve been enough. Didnāt order fries, but the burger alone was worth it. Definitely worth checking out if you havenāt been!

Burgers were ok. Avocado was a kind of rotten, so we removed it from the hamburgers. Consistency is not there, there has been other occasions we have eaten there and food and services were really good.

I wish I could give this location zero stars. I visited this location on 6/26/25. It was crowded and busy. There were 2 lines, one to use the kiosks the other for counter orders. The conversation by the employees was loud and they were barely paying attention. When it was my turn the cashier allowed a woman to cut in front of me and took her order even though he knew I was next! He smiled and smirked and thought it was funny! No one deserves to be treated that way! Yes, I was upset at the woman that cut in front of me but the cashier should not have taken her order. He should have told her I was next, but he didnāt! He just acted like I wasnāt even standing there. After taking my order the wait was long. He never apologized. Extremely poor customer service and I will not be visiting this location again. I donāt even know if Iāll order from any shake shack again. Dayuan is the name on my receipt. The manager did refund my money and offered to give me the meal for free, but Iām the type of consumer that cares about how Iām treated. So disappointed.
