It's a nice spacious shake shack. They have kiosks to order from and you can also order at the register. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. They share parking with another restaurant. This restaurant is NOT inside Menlo Park Mall like Google maps says but on the outside of the mall's parking lot near the Tesla Chargers.
Was only n getting takeout but the customer service was still excellent. They had plenty of kiosk to order from, so there was no line at all. The staff checked in on me, even though we didn't have any interaction, which shows to me that they care and are aware.
Overpriced. Promotions and coupons never get honored.
30 mins waiting for the order. 12 employees are on the kitchen just looking to each other.
I recently visited Shake Shack for the first time and was blown away by the exceptional customer service from Dayuan. As a vegetarian, I had a lot of questions about the menu, and Dayuan was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He recommended the vegetarian burger, which I ended up ordering.
What really impressed me was when I visited Shake Shack again, Dayuan remembered me and asked how I enjoyed the food! It was clear that he genuinely cared about ensuring I had a great experience. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor made me feel valued as a customer.
The food was delicious, but it was Dayuan's excellent customer service that really made my experience stand out. He's a true asset to the team! If you're looking for a Shake Shack location with outstanding service, I highly recommend visiting the Edison location. Welcoming staff, super clean and the food is absolutely delicious!
Tasty burger, I ordered the black truffle cheeseburger which had crispy fried onions on it. Burger was cooked perfectly. Fries were a little well done for my liking but that's just personal preference. The half lemonade half iced tea was tasty but had about 3 ice cubes in it so my drink was warm. They have free self-serve triple filtered water and the option for gluten free buns which is nice for those with Celiac. Outdoor seating is available.
I love shake shack burgers and their shroom burger and the truffle fries makes me keep going back again and again. Plenty of space to dine in and service is fast.
Good burgers
Great location!
Great Shake Shack location, conveniently located by the Menlo Park Mall and off Route #1 . Strangely there is only one small entrance to enter the parking lot , a big miss to have no direct access from Route #1 as the parking lot can get bottled up.
Otherwise the location is very well constructed with plenty of outdoor seating and nice lighting through out the restaurant.
Food has been consistently good. Wouldn't recommend the gluten free bun unless you have no choice. The bun tasted dried out and tough. Tried the Truffle Burger and the savory taste was off the charts. Very good umami !! Yummy ! Definitely recommend the truffle burger while they still serve it.
Good spot to grab a quick burger and fries.

The food is expensive, but good. You can expect to pay about 20% more than you would at McDonald's or Burger King. But the difference is that Shake Shack's burgers are freshly made, non-frozen burgers.
Great food & staff, very good service, professional
It was my birthday and they sang to me!! They were quick getting my order ready and accurate. Thank you all so so much! Made me feel special!
Burgers very good. Shakes very good.
I order the single or double shack burger with cheese bacon fries. The burgers are great consistently great quality with popping flavors. Simple and well executed.
The cheese bacon fries are a guilty pleasure. The crinkle cut fries by themselves are fantastic and probably one of the best fries in the fast food world.
The only downside is the price, but I strongly believe the quality is worth it.
