Shake Shack is one of the best fast food chain restaurants there is. From the excelllent options, Smokehouse burger is a favorite, along with chicken bites. My husband had a birthday last month, and he missed the free shake promo. Theresa, the manager, was very accommodating and presented John with a ‘free shake’. That was stellar! It’s a great shake!

The proportions for the fries and special sauces are insane. You’re paying almost 2 dollars for a tiny Dallop of the garlic parm sauce and 5 dollars for the smallest portion of fries (that all fall out of their container if you get them to go) like what the hell is this? I can maybe understand why they’d skimp out on the truffle sauce back in the day…but for a garlic Parmesan sauce? Are you joking? I heard one of the managers tell the employees to skimp out on the sauce when they were putting it in the containers like what kind of cheapstake establishment are you guys running for you people to skimp out on a garlic mayo sauce 😭 and if you get the special parm fries they’ll add the tiniest amount, one shake and they’re done….so you’ll be lucky to get 5 individual fries that actually have the parm on them. This is absolutely insane, I haven’t been to other shake shacks so I’m gonna report this to corporate but if this is how they all run then this place is an absolute scam.
Order dine in only to find out 20 minutes later they packed it as a takeout. This has been my to go spot for a good burger For a while, but the past two experiences have not been pleasant. From raw patties, too cold food going to have to think twice before going back.
I came to this restaurant based on reviews they had good reviews so I came. I travel for work and always seen these Shake Shacks all over but never stopped. Carlos was the person who took my order, he was nice and kind very friendly. My food was fresh and good like I asked. Extra Crispy Chicken and Fries. The atmosphere was clean and peaceful. I definitely recommend this place 👌👍🏾
