I've only been physically present at 1 location however in-person and delivery service is superb. My favorite dish is the chicken sandwich which in my pov, it's seasoned to perfection and way better than the other popular chicken sandwiches (C..........). Hope they never change the recipe.

Best shake shack in the area! My burger is always cooked the way I want it cooked, and the fries and custard are good too. However the prices are a little steep, but it is worth it.

First time at Shake Shack. Ordered a standard cheeseburger, crinkle fries and a vanilla shake. The burger was tasty, but quite overdone. The fries and shake were somewhat underwhelming.
Service was great. Nice location outside of Menlo Park Mall. Plenty of seating inside and out.
First time, and I was not impressed. Overpriced for food I could have purchased elsewhere for lesser. Will not be back!

Never once stepped foot in one of these restaurants and always thought ehh overpriced burgers yada yada I was very very wrong!! These burgers and FRIES OMG THE FRIES were some of the best would definitely recommend the Carolina BBQ fried 110%
