We ordered through their website ... waited 2 hours figuring they could be busy with everything going on... I waited (shame on me). I finally called to ask about the order and all I was able to say was "hello I'm checking on an order I placed 2 hours ago online" I was rudely cut off by a woman who answered and was told "no U don't have any order" So I reply "I'm sorry but how do you know if you haven't asked me any questions??
