I asked for hot Pike place, they said they only have Blonde and served me luke warm coffee. After I complained, they took the coffee and brought back the same one, a little bit more colder this time.They said to person behind me that they are ‘out of coffee’. Outrageous

This is the only Starbucks for me that can make my favorite drink (Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso) perfectly! Hayley(sp?) and Kiara are especially skillful in making drinks! They are also very polite and friendly!

Asian girl doesn’t know how to make drinks. I’ve gone three times and the two times i’ve gone she never makes the drinks right. Third time i went someone else made it and it came out how i usually get it from other starbucks location.

Staff was not friendly. She did not greet me and as I was ordering my drink she spoke over me so she didn’t get to hear my drink order . I didn’t feel comfortable even sitting and having my coffee there . I won’t be back to this location

Starbucks in Menlo Park mall in food court is Horrible . the girls work there are literally stupid. I ordered mango dragon lemonade in large size . paid for it and now waiting for it . what I get there is no dragon fruit ( never told me ) and Insted of large glass I get 3 small glasses . there is no sense of doing work . and I work in the same mall. save your money and don't buy any thing from this Starbucks.

Worst starbucks ever. The taste of coffee, workers behaviors, customer services etc. I dont know why they put up on menu if they dont have it all the time when I asked them to order. Ridiculous service to customer who asked politely. Never had this kind of experience in any other starbucks.

My friend and I ordered 2 cake pops and they were very dry. The person taking our order was rude also. The cale pops were also overly priced. Not worth it.

Worst service. Everytime I go to this store they say they are closed. First they told me they close at 9.30pm and I got there around 9.15pm they said sorry we just closed. So i asked again and they say we close around 9pm-9.30PM. So today I went there at 8.50pm and the guy said "we sometimes close 8.30pm also". This is not the way to provide service. They need to fix one time to close. I'll probably never go back there.
This place was renovating for so long and now that they are open they never have the drinks I like. I just get annoyed now when I walk by when visiting target ?

This place is walking distance to me, I’ve been to this Starbucks average once a week. And that’s pushing it! (I try to stay away from it if I can)Whenever I order my regular tea, I get told it’s sold out we don’t have anymore. So I deal with it.Then I ask if I can get a caramel frapp and they said their machine is off. WHO CUTS THEIR MACHINE OFF FOR A TOP SOLD DRINK MORE THAN AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING?!I wouldn’t be writing this review if this happened to me 1 time. No no no this has happened to me 4-5 times in the last 2 months. So out of the 6-8 times I’ve visited this location- 4 times I was told they didn’t have two completely different drinks! Idk if it’s me or what. The lady that was there continued to tell me that they cut off their tea machine or whatever at 6 and whenever they run out then they’re out. Meanwhile, today I walked in at 7:45pm and got told that same thing but they close at 9pm? I’m starting to question who’s in charge over there for such terrible service.. the amount of money you’re missing out on target Starbucks is unbelievable.I understand cutting off making tea maybe an hour before you close because you will probably have leftovers.. But to cut it off 3 hours before your closing time and your blender gets cut off over an hour before you close??!?Highly disappointed to say the least. I’ve visited other Starbucks a half an hour before they close and they happily make whatever I want. I’ve never had an issue with Starbucks but this one is horrible. Highly NOT recommended!!
