I had a one of the holiday flavor lattes it was good but customer service was awful, the one female cashier was , rude , she had an attitude and she intentionally did not print my receipt especially since I asked for one she said sorry to late
Visited the Starbucks at Menlo Mall and ordered drinks and snacks. The drinks were good as expected, but the snack portions were very small, and the taste was just average—definitely not worth the price.
One of the biggest drawbacks was the lack of seating. We had to stand and eat with our 4-month-old baby, which was really uncomfortable. For such a busy mall location, I expected better accommodation for families and more seating space.

This is the only Starbucks for me that can make my favorite drink (Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso) perfectly! Hayley(sp?) and Kiara are especially skillful in making drinks! They are also very polite and friendly!
