I no longer frequent this place due to the unfriendly employees and the inconvenient midday closures. Instead, I discovered Frappe Joe just around the corner—a delightful coffee spot with a friendly staff.

Stopped by here today to get the BOGO offer.Location was Boosie although I found a parking space easy enough and went right to the register to order my drinks. The woman working in the register was very pleasant and friendly and we had a nice conversation while she made her the drinks.Both our drinks were delicious and well worth the price we paid.I definitely recommend downloading the app so you don't miss out on any of the offers.#Starbucks #BOGO

Drink was made well by baristas but dear god the atmosphere was absolutely overestimulating with how one of workers who was tall and had blonde hair ( I think they're the manager from the way they were acting) was being very rude to the baristas and it was truly a bit unsettling with how heated it got. I think no matter what the situation must have been, there shouldn't be this kind of display and I truly think this employee/manager dude needs to be talked to about their behavior and their ways of working with their colleagues/employees without such an unprofessional sight for customers like me to see.

I go there quite often and my drinks are made well! No complaints there, but recently, as of a few months ago, I don't really like visiting this location because of how the place is being managed. There seems to be a lack of employees working, which just makes it inconvenient to visit the location. I know the workers are trying their best, but they seem overworked.

This location closed their walk-in option. Even if you place an online order, you have to wait in the drive through line. The line does not move. It took 30 minutes to get to the drive through window. The location is awful and the service was the slowest I have ever experienced. Will not return to this location in the future.

The drive thru barista was extremely rude. I said twice very loud mobile order for Vanessa and he said “oh for Vvvvvva vvaaa vvvaaanessa”. So now I have to deal with a child working at Starbucks that’s close to JFK Hospital. Very immature. Now I’d rather go to Target or Menlo Mall for Starbucks, where people are well mannered.

I come to this location occasionally when I am in the area for work. Last month a wonderful barista assisted me at the drive thru window. He was so kind and just had a vibrant personality overall. I jokingly stated how I NEEDED this drink and cake pop to survive my long journey to northern Jersey and he provided friendly but uplifting words, which I appreciated very much! I was bummed that I did not get his name at the time. I came to this location today and who is at the drive thru window again, the same wonderful gentleman. He greeted me with a friendly smile and I expressed to him that he had provided me such wonderful service during my last visit and I regretted not catching his name, until today. Aiden (hope I am spelling that correctly) thank you for your kindness and even though it was a quick interaction, just know you make a difference!I hope management and/you see this post and you are recognized!

Every visit is a 25 minute wait. The drive thru is closed for some reason and it’s a waste of time to come here. And the coffee is water. This place sucks really I can not believe how bad this place is. Don’t waste your time! Close the store!Get management in here and fox this!

Possibly the slowest Starbucks I've ever been too. Stuck in the drive through with only 4 cars ahead of me for over 15 minutes. The service here is just brutally slow.

This service is unbelieveable here, you know I usually don’t write bad reviews but this Starbucks really made me. I ordered a regular coffee and then I ask the guy at the register for some and he rudely spoke to me and said Next time tell me when you order. Idk who this guy is but he seems new I never seen him before and I usually come here. This man was so mean to me and I’m not surprised because he was being mean to his employees!!! The baristas are always so nice and welcoming but the way he speaks to them is ridiculous. Again don’t know who this man is I think it’s a manger the way he speaks to his employees and CUSTOMERS!!!! But it’s sad this store needs better management, it’s so understaffed now and the baristas don’t look happy anymore. I know this isn’t their fault, but terrible service from that guy Jesus.

Every time I order from this location it always says they are out of stock on multiple drinks. But then I’ll call and they’ll say they have that drink available. I end up not being able to order ahead which is inconvenient because this is a very busy store location. I’d say this has happened the last 3 times I’ve ordered and it’s usually a peppermint mocha which doesn’t require seasonal syrups. I’d really love to speak to a manager regarding this.

When you can't order online, don't even bother going to the store because twice already, I go to the store and there is a small sign taped on the door that the store is not open. The least they could do is to tape a bigger sign on the driveway entrance so people do not waste their time driving into the lot and parking. The sign is so small that I also waste my time walking up to the door just to read it. There were two people inside the store so it would not have occurred to me that the store was closed since I went during the hours it is supposed to be open, according to their website. If you do happen to catch it open and are not using the drive-through (which could be very long), always back into your parking space or you will have a heck of a time getting out of that poorly designed parking lot.
