I was really excited to see that Stewart’s had pumpkin ice cream as I was leaving the mall. However, the employee I encountered had such a bad attitude that I was completely turned off. I got stares when I asked if the ice cream cup had a top so that I could take the ice cream to go. I was told that they did not have tops - just aluminum foil, which I was fine with. I then asked for a bag to carry the ice cream for myself and my daughter and again got a weird look. To say the least, my experience was unpleasant. I was made to feel like I was bothering the employee from the start of my interaction with her(i.e., me literally placing an order seemed to bother her). It was ridiculous!

Honestly just bad. Understaffed. Didn't have cheese for a Chilli cheese dog, didn't have vanilla ice cream. Bread was stale.

The food was disgusting and the customer service was terrible. My son got a kid’s chicken tenders meal with tap water. The chicken was slimey and not cooked. I tried to return the meal and the manger told me that the chicken always looks like that. The manger gave a refund for the meal but charged for the TAP WATER.

We've been to several of the Stewart's all American root beer and hot dogs, and they're harder to find than they used to be, and this is one of only two we know of that's in a mall. The other being in Rockaway Mall.One thing that always amazes me at Stewart's is the size of the soda they give you. It's like a Big Gulp and also has a low price! Just ask for less ice to get more soda. ❄️In my opinion no matter where you eat In this food court, you should buy your drink here at Stewart's.That is exactly what we did as we were trying the seafood place close by, but also wanted to drink.Normally we get hot dogs corn dogs and french fries when we visit Stewart's and they're always delicious, but we didn't get to try them at this specific location this time.#Stewartsrootbeer #hot dogs #rootbeer #Mall #Edisonmall #soda

I love this place and have not been to a Stewart’s in such a long time. I love their root beer floats is how I know them. My heart is broken because they are out of ALL their sodas in their fountain today so I could NOT order my favorite drink!! How can a restaurant be open when their main menu drink is NOT AVAILABLE?!?!

I like their fries and loved their buffalo wings. I am not giving it a better review beacause they removed the wings from their menu. Also, I used to order from the one in Walmart Rt 9 and I think the food there tasted better, I don't get why they shot it down!

The server at the Menlo Park Mall, Asian American lady, is very rude. She did not call out for next order though I stood there for 3 minutes and on asking if they're taking orders, curtly responded that, that's the reason she's standing there. Poor customer service.
The Frank Stewart’s burger was amazing combined with a root beer float was pretty nostalgic. kids really like the kids meals also

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!! The staff shows GREAT customer service. They are very great with attending to there customers. The manager, the brown skin guy with glasses and the black guy that cooks are always professional. FOOD IS ALWAYS GREAT!!!!
