Had a Kalyana Saappadu lunch session yesterday. Attempt to bring the back home experience is very good. I understand that you have been running this business for a long time. I thought I could share the following:
1. Kalyana saappadu serving should be in a particular sequence. Some items are served using small spoon and other with normal quantity.
2. There is a place holder for each item to be placed.

Swagat Gourmet is South Indian vegetarian restaurant. Reminds me of the food I ate when I was growing up. Very tasty food. courteous people. They even have home cooked meals for delivery over certain dollar amount with in 10 mile radius. Typical South Indian taste

Came to Swagath for quick lunch.
Clean restaurant, quick service, quality food, fresh ingredients at a very affordable price for authentic vegetarian south indian food, please check this place out.

Appetizers: Idli - fresh with fresh chutney and Sambar. 4.5/5.

Masala dosa - 5/5

Great filter coffee. 5/5.
