Terrible attitude. Not worth it when the staff and manager are rude. I went there to place a catering order but was turned away because “they're too busy.” I said it’s only for one tray for the holiday…. But no, the manager said they don’t have time to take even one catering order. I've never been to a restaurant that turns business away. Not to mention how long I was ignored when they clearly saw me standing there by the register waiting to speak to someone. The manager and the staff walked by me and ignored me numerous times before the manager finally turned around to talk to me only to turn me away because he's too busy to write down an order. To note, I also called prior to going there in person and was told they would call me right back but they did not.

Enjoyed the great tasting Punjabi food. Courteous staff and clean facility. When we are this area called “Little India” this restaurant is our choice for fast and tasty food with good serving portions. Thanks to management for the great food.

Omg this place is total ripoff. They sell whipped cream+ PARLE g biscuit and small tiny gulabjamun for $6 calling is gulabjamun shrikhand. Ridiculous. Not sure why it has 4+stars. Highly overrated overall, Even all the food is mediocre at best.

I stopped here to pick up some sweets on the way to a friend's house and they have a pretty good assortment of desserts. The desserts looked very appetizing and I had to get help because they were mostly desi-themed and were not flavors familiar to me. The staff were super friendly and helpful and their recommendation to get the desserts in the little planters were a hit with my friend. The desi-desserts had a filling that consisted of biscuits, not cake as I was expecting so that was disappointing. I also got the nutella dessert and mango cupcake which I liked much better than the other desserts. The only reason I took a star off is for the price for the amount you get. Almost $6 for a cupcake is how much you can expect to pay for cupcakes from specialty shops in NYC. The nutella dessert was about $11. These are for single portions. For a shop located in Edison and the portion sizes, it felt like the items were over-priced.

Amazing unique Indian deserts. This is inside the Mughal express and We tried various flavors. Presentation in pots looks different and of good quality. Gulab jamun shrikhand pots, pine apple pots, ras malai tres leches, coffee tres leches. I personally liked the ras malai and coffee flavors. Just melts in you mouth. I felt bit pricy almost $6 for a single pot but can try when we visit oak tree.

Ordered a Ferraro chocolate cake for a friend’s 30th birthday party and everyone loved it!!! They literally have the best vegan desserts I’ve ever had. My husband hates the egg taste in desserts so he was completely mind blown! This is officially my go to shop for desserts and cakes

We were in Woodbridge to meet our cousin and if you are here, of course we will feast ourselves in one of the restaurants from the Mehtani group. (bw they have honored Mehtani by naming one of the streets after that, great to see that) Rightly placed on the oak street where you can find tons of options, We chose Moghul express due to both Indian and Indo-Chinese options, also We did not have much time in hand. We got the table and settled ourselves. it was a weekday evening and it was packed. can't imagine how it would be on weekends. We ordered- 1) Chicken Hakka Noodles - little blunt in taste, but good 2) Veg chili Garlic noodles (we asked for chicken one and asked can they make it without mixing egg due to allergy issues), they could not oblige the request, anyway - it was good 3) Chicken Drums of heaven - finally found the good chicken lollypops. 4) Home-style chicken curry - ( we asked what is their best chicken dish in the main course, and the server suggested this- but nope, I would rate it 2.5/5. 5) Garlic Naan, Lachha paratha, and Tandoori roti - good apart from Chicken (home style) - everything was good. Ambiance- it's good, this is not fine dining though. by giving it a glance, it looks like everything running in an automated way. Service - yeah, it was good too. nothing to complain about there. We also tried their dessert, specially rasmalai and chocolate milk cake. Wow!! I am glad Moghul express coming to the Parsippany area. Welcome..!!
