EDIT: the past two times I’ve been here, the service has gone downhill. The most recent visit, I was seated, then ignored as numerous servers walked by. It was not busy. Eventually left after waiting 20 minutes with no server.
First time at a Cheesecake Factory. I usually avoid chain restaurants like the plague, but I was at the mall and figured I’d try it. This is obviously not “fine dining” so I wasn’t expecting much. I got an Americano burger, and I was surprised at how good it was. The burger itself was cooked medium with a nice char and was very juicy. Plenty of toppings. They weren’t stingy on anything. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. The fries were just ok. Nothing special. Service was excellent and attentive. It was very busy, but I was seated right away. Server came over within 5 minutes to take my order. Food arrived about 10 minutes later. She checked a couple times to make sure all was ok. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Overall, it's a decent spot for some decent food. I would say a normal cheesecake factory experience. Server was great, the food was delicious and pretty big portions and tasty as well.

If this is the quality of food you are serving. You need to close your doors for good. Why would you sell this burned disgusting food to a paying customer. Absolute disgrace. This is what a “professional “ chef prepared!
