If this is the quality of food you are serving. You need to close your doors for good. Why would you sell this burned disgusting food to a paying customer. Absolute disgrace. This is what a “professional “ chef prepared!

They served my food on a dirty plate and i didnt realize until after i finished the food.
I had dinner here with my friends and the foods was somewhat ok, Fries Korean cauliflower was not good, it was mostly coating and when we tell the waiter that it's not good,He said there is nothing he can do because we taste it, How the hell we would know how is taste? All appetite went down after this, Not again would I go back to this restaurant

I used to think any cheesecake factory would be a safe and good place to eat at. I think I have been to this location about 5 times so far and it keeps getting worse every visit. The last two times I visited, the hosts ignored me. One time they literally walked away without even saying anything to me leaving me stranded at the host desk with a bunch of servers staring at me. Came back 5 minutes later with no apologies. My last visit I walked in and two of the three hosts were having a conversation. In the service industry, usually a customer comes first and has priority over a conversation with a coworker. Not here lol. I said hello and got ignored, no one looked at me. So I wait, and they speak a little more to each other and then finally ask how they can help me. Then they seat me in the bar half booths. I was shocked with the table layout. I am pretty much sitting right on top of two other tables of guests. I couldn't straighten my arm out without hitting someone next to me. That was hilarious. Honestly, you should space out the tables more. Service was slow. I realized this and asked for another water when mine was a little more than half way full because I figured I wouldn't see the server again when I needed water and would rather not be trying to flag him down. And he proceeded to try to take my glass of water (that was more than halfway full) away, maybe to refill it. I get the saving the cups thing but seriously? Common sense man. So I explain to him I want to keep this glass i have and have an additional glass of water and he looked shocked like I was asking for something crazy. My friend found corn in her ceaser salad, and it only had two croutons. Then they sat the table right next to us and we decided to get to go boxes and leave instead of taking our time enjoying ourselves ....

My family had a great time yesterday Genesis was out server She did amazing the place was busy busy Busyyyyy and that was not a excuse for Genesis to give us A GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE she was always smiling attentive all the time wow so much respect for this Lady friday night was caos in this mall one of the Busiest day But i left happy!!! food was bomb drinks were gooddd and Again GENESIS WAS GREAT I WOULDNT WORK A FRIDAY BUT SO MUCH RESPECT ALL MY RESPECT FOR GENESIS SHE NEVER STOP SMILING ATTENTIVE AND KIND THANK YOU THANK YOU WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER IN THIS WORLD!!! THAT LOVE WHAT THEY DO SHE TRULY LOVES HER JOB!!
