Service was bad. Food was bland. Tea drink was the most bitter tea I had. Waiters looks acts clueless.
The food was good and the atmosphere pleasant. Our waitress brought us the check without even asking if we wanted a dessert – which we did. Never had that happen before. Overall we enjoyed our meal and I would definitely return again.
Wonderful food and big clean lovely place. Very new looking. Staff was very friendly and nice but also seemed very new - could probably use a little more experience and training which I am sure will get better with time. I will definitely come back. Easy to get to. Plenty of parking and great menu!
Lovely, modern and large space, quick seating (had reservation, no need though), warm welcome. Mains were delicious, extra side veggies, and order of fries only ok- fries were not all hot, veggies were weirdly sone over and other (carrots) under roasted and hard. Sauce served with fries was insanely good, I'd come for this alone. 0 stars for deserts. We tried 2, they kindly did not charge us for our first attempt at the restaurant, and took a chocolate cake home to try- ice cream was not good, but chocolate cake (small as it was) was a good flourless (cup) cake. I found this to be a very expensive meal for what we purchased. Granted, they offer a lot of dietary restriction options. I don't need that, and I'm not attuned to costs of catering to these requirements (my guest is GF). Also, waitress was adorable, but would have liked waters filled w/o asking.
The restaurant is very good for healthy options. The price is moderate. Service is excellent.
Decided to have a “clean” meal Saturday evening and reserved a table for two. It was just before 6:00 pm and there were no crowds so we were seated promptly. For starters we shared the hummus. I had the salmon and she, the vegetarian lasagna. Everything looked and tasted great. Thumbs up.
Met a lifelong friend for lunch and the waiter immediately got it and left us to catch up - did not rush us at all - very unusual and appreciated! When we did order the food came out perfectly. Everything was prepared as stated and was delicious. I'm on a recent elimination diet and it is challenging eating out. True Food Kitchen made this a breeze! LOVE the commitment to whole foods and the fact that most things are prepared from the start without common allergens like dairy and gluten. Such a great experience!
I thought Tru Food meant clean eating...I think there might be additives like "natural flavors". It tasted good, but limited menu.
Love the menu. So many great choices. Some portions were small. Service was good but a bit inconsistent. Restaurant was super clean including the restrooms.
Food is good, has a clean feeling to the food. I like the refreshers drinks that they have. My wife loves the flourless cake for dessert. Overall it's good.

The trio deal is good. However my Thai chicken wrap was dry and the wrap was stale. Not sure I would go back.
Not a good experience. Good and service was not up to par at all. Recently had been to CA location and it was a totally different experience. Would not go again if this is what it has become.
Excellent meal with so many gluten free options for me as I have celiac disease. Server did not know what gluten is so some allergen training for staff would be good, especially since the menu is full of “gf” notes. The bar didn't have the ingredients to make a cosmo for my husband, which was surprising. It doesn't contain anything unusual and can be made with basic bar stock. The ice cream scoop portion size on the desserts is very meager and should be double or triple the amount to be a legit scoop of ice cream. Otherwise everything tasted great and we enjoyed the meal!
Extensive menu that should satisfy anyone's palate. Easy to discern vegetarian and vegan options, and various choices for proteins, including fish and meat for non-vegetarians . Good happy hour pricing as well. Staff is fantastic. Full bar - only improvement would be a wider beer selection, and some on tap - there's only cans and bottles - but that's a minor issue. Love this place!
