Extensive menu that should satisfy anyone's palate. Easy to discern vegetarian and vegan options, and various choices for proteins, including fish and meat for non-vegetarians . Good happy hour pricing as well. Staff is fantastic. Full bar - only improvement would be a wider beer selection, and some on tap - there's only cans and bottles - but that's a minor issue. Love this place!

A lot of people don’t understand real health food. True food kitchen has genuine health food and the staff has a super chill drive. I drive all the way from Toms River to Edison. I never feel crappy, bloated or brain fog after eating here, hoping they open one in Toms river or closer to me soon love it here highly recommend you spending your money on some real food like here other then spending money to make your healthy terrible investing in your health here is so much better...

Christopher was our server and he was very engaging and kind. I have driven past this place countless times and today was the day I decided to come inside. One of the best selections I could have made Very impressive and I will certainly be back and promote 🫶🏾
