“Tried this chicken for the first time at the Westfield location day after Christmas. Place was decorated in a cute fashion for the holidays..service is friendly and food is made to order and came promptly.
I had the hornet sandwich which is a popular option..the chicken was cooked perfectly and the sauce on that chicken is divine..while I do like blue cheese for me it kind of overwhelmed the rest of the sandwich..still a good sandwich and the orange creamsicle shake was tasty.
Would come again to try the tenders with a variety of their dipping sauces for sure.“

“GERMAN DONER KEBAB - AN ENLIGHTENMENT If you're from Berlin, it feels like there's a kebab store on every other corner. So I can recognize and judge a kebab when I see it. Even just leaving Berlin and Brandenburg, the kebab experience changes within Germany. The further you get away from Berlin, the worse the kebabs get. Some time ago in New York, I discovered one or two places trying to make a kebab. Unfortunately, I have not yet been able to find a proper kebab in New York, despite the name kebab. What was being sold was called a kebab, but had very little to do with a kebab and tasted even less like a kebab. All the more enlightenment then... the recommendation of a friend living in Brooklyn. "German Doner Kebab" in Brooklyn. And then the first kebab there since 2018 here in New York. I can't even describe how happy I was. It looked like a kebab, it tasted like a kebab and came pretty close to a kebab from Berlin. Really well made. Incl. tax 12.51 dollars is a bit steep, but still good value for New York. The portion was good and filling. Everything is really fresh and well seasoned. The bread was just as it should be, thin and crispy. This was pretty much the best kebab I've had in a very, very long time (with the exception of one visit to Berlin). I will definitely go back there again. GERMAN DONER KEBAB - EINE ERLEUCHTUNG Wenn man aus Berlin kommt, hat man gefühlt an jeder zweiten Ecke einen Dönerladen. Ich kann also einen Döner erkennen und beurteilen, wenn ich ihn sehe. Allein schon Berlin und Brandenburg verlassend wird das mit dem Döner innerhalb von Deutschland anders. Je weiter man sich von Berlin entfernt, desto schlechter werden die Döner. In New York entdeckte ich schon vor einiger Zeit den einen oder anderen Anbieter mit dem Versuch, einen Döner zu machen. Bisher konnte ich leider in New York trotz Bezeichnung Döner keinen ordentlichen Döner entdecken. Das was da verkauft wurde, heißt zwar Döner, hatte mit Döner aber recht wenig zu tun und schmeckte noch viel weniger nach einem Döner. Um so mehr dann die Erleuchtung... die Empfehlung eines Freundes in Brooklyn lebend. "German Doner Kebab" in Brooklyn. Und dort dann der erste Döner seit 2018 hier in New York. Ich kann gar nicht beschreiben, wie sehr ich mich gefreut hatte. Es sah aus wie ein Döner, es schmeckte wie ein Döner und kam schon recht nah an einen Döner aus Berlin heran. Richtig gut gemacht. Incl. Tax 12,51 Dollar ist zwar sportlich, aber für New York wiederum preiswert. Die Portion ordentlich und sättigend. Wirklich alles frisch und gut gewürzt. Das Brot genau so wie es sein muss, dünn und knusprig. Also das war seit sehr sehr langer Zeit so ziemlich der beste Döner (mit Ausnahme einem Besuch in Berlin), den ich seit langer Zeit gegessen habe. “I have been here twice and each time the men/workers are friendly and attentive. The food taste fresh and looks more than appealing. I love how they fry the wings slightly hard so that the sauce doesn't make them too mushy. Each time the place was clean and I even saw the man wiping down in between services.“

“Ordered dinner for the first time since the changes to the ingredients I have been seeing on your social media videos. My family and I are speechless. WELL DONE GUYS!!! We ordered the Jersey Square Pie and we all agreed that this is now our new favorite pizza. The crust was crispy, the sauce was phenomenal and the burata was delicious. I also ordered the Cooper Cheesesteak and it was head and shoulders above any other cheesesteak I have ever had. I had ordered a cheesesteak from you years ago and was not a fan, now I will not go anywhere else for a Cheesesteak. While we were waiting for the food to cook we tried a plain slice and while I have always liked your Plain Pies, the new ingredients have taken it to the next level. The thinner sourdough crust was crispy, the sauce was so much more flavorful and less salty and the cheese was cooked to perfection. All in all Amanos has always been a good in town pizza place but with the changes it has become THE only pizza place to go to from now on. Again Bravo Guys, WELL DONE!!“

“Just moved into the area and stopped in with my visiting daughter. Very friendly owner and staff, so clean and smelled great. Got an apple tuner as hot blueberry muffins came out. Such a nice guy gave me a hot blueberry muffin welcoming me into the area. I will definitely go back and try their Chicken parm with vodka sauce panini!“

I travel through New Jersey once a month and when I stay in this town I go here.

The people are friendly and courteous.The food is prepared promptly. The prices are reasonable, the portion sizes are large.

I had two previous menus in my car. I saw something I've never seen before...

The prices were higher slightly on one menu. I assumed that was the NEWER menu.

I was mistaken.

Some of the prices actually went DOWN on the new menu!

Imagine that in today's world! Someone lowering their prices!

While the pizza is delicious and well prepared, please don't look past the other dishes. I've had salads there that were great. And their pasta dishes are generously portioned and well prepared. $15.95 for a delicious chicken or shrimp pasta dish with a side Caesar salad and warm garlic bread is freaking unbeatable!

I wish this place was in my hometown. I would be there a lot more frequently if it was!“
