Wu’s fish house is so good!!! The location of this place is so good! there’s so much to do around in this shopping center and stopping by to eat here is perfect. The portions are really big and the price is so good! They have SOOOO many menu items to choose from so it’s perfect for everyone. The food is great quality everything is so fresh and flavorful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DEF COME

The food here is fresh and delicious. Had the fish hotpot with monkfish and the broth was spicy and sour (but you can customize the spice and sour levels), and the fish was cooked perfectly. I liked how they put in shrimp, mushrooms, and konjac noodles in the dish. Service was also friendly. Highly recommended.

Food was perfection, like not a single bad dish! Sweet and sour branzino, perfectly fried and the sauce is well seasoned. Hibachi shrimp was delicious. Scallion noodle especially is extremely additive.

Next time you are in Festival Plaza, make sure you stop by Wu’s Fish House! You cannot go wrong with any of the options. I tried a varied of appetizers, the WUVA Hibachi Bowl, and the fried black cod and chips. Everything blew me away, and I will defintely be back for more. Make
sure to try this place out and get dessert at MangoMango downstairs afterwards!

I had a great experience at Fish House. The seafood was very fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. The portions were generous and everything tasted amazing. Definitely a great spot in Edison for anyone who loves good seafood! 🐟🦐

I'm not a big fish person typically but this place definitely changed my mind about fish dishes! My friends and I had a hard time picking just a few dishes to choose but the ones we did choose were amazing!

- Salmon Duo Wuva Bowl: reminds me of poke bowls! very fresh mix of vegetables and salmon
- Steamed Halibut: sooo good??? the light sauce made it so addicting to eat
- Fish Noodle Soup: liked it a lot more than I expected? the noodles and fish are both bouncy and the broth was very refreshing
- Pan-Fried Black Cod: my favorite thing on the menu! not like those really heavy fried fishes, this has the perfect balance of flaky fish and crunchy skin

Definitely a great option to try something new! The fish is really fresh (I literally saw the employees bringing in live fish from the front door), I recommend giving this place a try!

The fish they prepared was very tasty and cooked well, meaning fish dishes I expected to be crispy on the outside and have a soft texture came just as I thought. The ordering process was efficient and user-friendly as the menus were on tablets. The service was also great since our waitress made sure to keep our hot tea's full and water glasses. This place is definitely worth a try if you enjoy all types of fish!

When I try someplace new I try to go to it without being hungry, simply because I don't want to be biased. Just a warning, the portions are big enough that you should come hungry 😂

I'm going to give a better review next time they get a better explanation, but I can say that the establishment is clean, the staff is attentive and friendly without being overbearing, and the food is amazing
