Probably the best Goat and lamb curry dishes in the area. Love the sizzling BBQ grilled dishes also. All dishes have lots of flavor with their own specialty spices. For the most part it's not crowded, only on weekends during evening hours. Seemed like I got slightly more food when I did takeout vs dining in. Food is piping hot even after bringing it home. I still prefer to dine in. Fast service and prices are good.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are OK. This restaurant specializes in the majority of non-vegetarians.Kid-friendliness: Brought both my kids, they enjoyed it. I've seen many kids there, friendly environment.

So I've been to this restuarant several times. Food is okayish but not anything to write home about. I went here today for iftar buffet. Called ahead 7 hrs to hold my reservation with my name. Was told it would be no problem for a single person. Came in asked for reservation gave my name. Was told to sit with two random guys because, and here's the best part, the restuarant was overfull. Left without sitting. Asked them many times why they didn't have a seperate table or booth for a reservation. They just smile and say too many people showed up. Most iselin and edison restuarants have the decency to stop reservations when they are overbooked or near it. This restuarant is basically taking reservations and entries without limit to make money. They have no regard for professional etiquette and not wasting other people's time. I would compare them to pakistani restuarants at home but even they have not shown this level of unprofessionalism. These restuarants prey upon a niche audience but this is edison so you can find a bunch of halal restuarants and buffets much more worthy of your time. Not a good experience.
