Is it normal for employees to ask if the paying customer is going to add a tip to the order? I didnt even get delivery but either way I would've tipped anyway. Didnt even get the total cost of the order. That was the first question
Delivery drivers have gotten worse and worse. Recent driver pulls into our driveway, music blasting, continued to sit there for about 5 minutes. Finally gets out, get our order inside, they forget our two side orders of ranch. We live 5 minutes away so I called asking to have them bring them back. They did, but when they left it on the porch and we brought the bag in, it was once again WRONG.

Don't bother. Two days in a row they sent the wrong thing. Tried to resolve by calling and they're absolutely clueless. Won't take the time to try to figure anything out to resolve the issue. Sent wrong item first night, called and they said they'd sent correct item, it will be there in 15 mins. An hour later I called and they said, Oh, I didn't know you wanted them sent.
