I placed our order at 6:12pm the driver came 20 mins later, the food was incorrect so he took it back! They called said they gave my order to someone else they would have to remake it that was 45 mins ago maybe longer! They told me I would only need to wait 20 mins! I called to see where the order was and this nutball said it’s gonna be another 20 mins! Almost an hour and a half still nothing !

Literally the worse pizza I’ve ever had. No flavors all and it tastes like a box. My daughter called to order a half Wisconsin 6 cheese and half pepperoni. The person on the phone said he never heard of the Wisconsin cheese then said it’s loud and he couldn’t hear. Okay so basically you didn’t want to know or make it. But then she gets home and no pepperoni either. So what’s the excuse for that? Guess they never heard of that either. We wasted time and money so don’t waste yours.

Writing on behalf of my friends order…Wish i could give less than 1 star, but at this point I feel like even giving one star would be too generous for the experience that was given. First off, let’s talk about location. The parking lot is an absolute mess. I almost got side swiped 3 times parking infront of the storefront. On top of this, i ordered a large cheese pizza. My pizza was super thin, and there was no sauce. How do you order pizza from with sauce and get NO SAUCE??? Mine was blown, customer service wasn’t even great. I will chose Papa Johns next time??

Don't bother. Two days in a row they sent the wrong thing. Tried to resolve by calling and they're absolutely clueless. Won't take the time to try to figure anything out to resolve the issue. Sent wrong item first night, called and they said they'd sent correct item, it will be there in 15 mins. An hour later I called and they said, Oh, I didn't know you wanted them sent. Manager put $15 credit on account for the trouble. Ordered next day for a visitor and was told there's no credit on account. Told them Victor told me to use his name and they said which Victor? I said it was just last night, you can't figure out which one it was? Yeah, we can but... you'll have to call back at 5 when he's here. I said forget it I'll pay cash. Do you know they sent THE WRONG ITEM AGAIN?! I didn't even bother calling. You can't argue with stupid. Wasted $50 in two days at this place. Hire people with some actual sense and intelligence.

I ordered A Medium Pizza with 2 toppings and a side of brownies. It came delivered but the pizza was all messed up and not even cut right. How you do you make a round pizza look like a flat tire? The brownies werent as bad but clearly whoever is cutting stuff doesn't care. L Staff, L Dominos

Ordered the cheese steak sandwich. I should have known better. The steak was crispy burnt and nearly non existent. There was very little peppers and onions and the were just as burnt. And i mean crispy burnt. Black burntAbsolutely disgusting.calling the store was no help. They said it was made correctly. I have never made a public complaint, i would never want to discourage someone from patronizing a business, This is the worst take out I've had in my life. And these crews want 15.00/hr? They aren't worth .15.

Find another location. I had to wait 20 minutes past time promised and order was still wrong. While I was there I watched 3 employees constantly open and close boxes looking for orders. They kept checking tickets and boxes trying to match orders. They looked like the 3 stooges running around in circles. I had a simple order, 2 pies and wings. I got the pies but no wings, some other kind of chicken dish. After a 40 minute wait I think they should at least be able to get the order correct.

Ordered a pizza that clearly said “no cheese” for the ENTIRE pizza & i guess instead of double checking with the customer because i guess there was confusion because it didn’t clearly state it had mozzarella & provolone they made it with cheese anyway & didn’t even try to fix the situation management literally didn’t even care someone in our party was lactose intolerant
