The worker Nowah was extremely courteous and professional we were all mind blown at how extremely well she did her job. We all believe and agree that she fully deserves a large raise. You need to look after intend to people of her caliber.

My husband and I wanted a cozy, local 5 year anniversary. That’s what we got at bonefish. Our waitress, Jennifer was kind and exceptional. Attentive with drinks and food. One of the best espresso martinis . I had the sea bass and it was amazing . Thank you for making our anniversary special . We will be back .

Right after the Christmas holiday, my husband and I were there for dinner, the restaurant was crowded, but we were seated pretty quickly. An incident occurred and Taylor without hesitation went right into action to make sure we were taken care of. The waitresses were the best! To the chef - the food was absolutely delicious. Taylor, thank you for turning a unpleasant incident into an amazing evening.

1st time here and very disappointed. Our waiter was so disorganized and aloof. I ordered a meal that was missing what the dish was called Chicken! The main ingredient. He was more worried about bartending 1 patron. Never go back especially for the price.

We attended the special event dinner—the drink pairings were delicious (a little sweet for our taste, but delicious). Appetizer, salad, entree and dessert were excellent. The General Manager, Javon, is gracious and welcoming. A great time!
Delicious cauliflower appetizer, which was not overly breaded, delicious special salmon of the day and grouper with crabcake top with hollandaise sauce! Great service!

I feel all sorts of ways leaving this review. I frequent this place enough but not enough to warrant calling myself a regular. I will say that the am bartender working early shift today (same guy that got fired from Santuccis in Ventnor) needs to go. His customer service, for as old as he is, is TERRIBLE. When we walked in today and saw him there I was less than pleased ONLY because I remembered his Santucci days and got triggered. Without getting lengthy, I used to work at a place close by and would go to Santuccis. This guy, same bartender today, was MISERABLE.
Low an behold, new place, same attitude. He was rude. Short (in speech) ZERO customer service (no greeting, no bye (we like to tip per shift change..) no plates, no banter) this guy was HORRIBLE.
The sad part is, today was one of those moments I wanted to impress the people I was with for business, and instead of talking business, we were talking service. YOUR service.
As someone who has worked customer service their entire life, please please PLEASE, do better. If this would have been my 1st experience, I would NEVER come back, let alone bring people here to talk business.

We had a family dinner on New Year’s eve. Our waitress was Amber M. I actually felt like I made a friend. She was so genuine and has a charismatic personality. She made us laugh. Elevating the dining experience with warmth and humor. Even when the food is great, if the service isn’t, It’s not as good of an experience. She did not miss a beat on a very busy night. Also, the food was very good. We all agree, We’ve never had a bad meal there. This restaurant deserves five stars for having amazing food and for having quality service.

Went for the Monday martini and margarita $5 deal! The atmosphere was amazing and the food and drinks were delicious! The manager Taylor stopped over to make sure everything was up to our standards and she was so sweet!
