I think my only complaint would be that the crew member cleaning the lobby was using sanitizer in a bottle labeled as restroom cleaner, which is a health violation. Other then that, the staff was friendly, the food was good, and the restaurant was relatively clean.

The place is clean, but they ruined my experience last time using the Drive Thru by not putting the fries into the bag. And I discovered this when I got back home. Next time, I WILL definitely check the content of my order...
My order is always accurate and the people in the drive thru are friendly. The few times I was missing something they made it right and apologized.

Never ever had such a bad experience. For starters, the lady seems dumbfounded that we wanted to use a coupon, then went on to make us wait for the food around the front.
Expecting it to be fresh, the food was cold, not fresh and extremely Salty!
Super upset and seems as if the service was bad because we used a family bundle coupon.

An Amber Affair
Disappointing because we take our kids to come every Friday but they are always missing items. I had to drive all the way back because our fries were missing. Had to wait in a 10 min line. Then asked if they can replace my cookies from last week they they didn’t put in and the manager couldn’t even come to the window to tell me no. I didn’t forget them in the bag, you did. Do what’s right. You got my money for the cookies and you couldn’t even replace them. What type of business is this. That manager has to go. Every time I come in there he seems bothered.

Parking: The parking was s*** and I could not find a single parking spot anywhere. Get to pork out by the road. My car got toad because of this. It's the parking. It's so cramped. I ran over a small child while trying to park.
Horrible experience! Got the food off DoorDash and was disgusted. I wouldn’t have had a big fit if it wasn’t for the ant in my fries. Called them up and the guy hung up on me. Called them back said it was extremely rude he hung up on me and said should I do it again and proceeded to hang up on me! Should be fired
The cashier at the drive through was very patient due to me not being able to make up my mind though people were in line waiting. The burger I haven't eaten in years but I said hey I want a burger King burger ... it was amazing ! The fries had no salt which I asked for it not to have and the burger with mayo and etc. My wife tore it apart and so did i... my kids as well... very memorable time . It even brought back flash backs of when I used to eat burger King with my mom. I used to get a ?.. true Royalty service. Thanks again for the experience.
