Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

1. Table in dining room were dirty. Many of the tables were DIRTY. They do not clean the table.
2. Mens room was horrible, I should have taken the picture. Worst thing before I go to Mens room, the manager or owner came out of the same Restroom. I am surprise, he did not do anything the dirty/trashy restroom. This shows they do not care for cleanliness. So what you expect , what you getting in the food.
3. I will go back in few days to make sure the Restroom and tables are clean , then I will change my rating.
4. The girl, who is taking the order and cooking was good. But shame on that guy, which I believe is a Manager or Owner, keeping this place dirty.

Lady at register tonight, 1/06/26, was rude to me. Told me I placed an order “a long time ago” and “this is yours, take it”. She then turned her back to me and walked away. It was 20 minutes from the time I placed my order on website till I picked it up. I love the food here but I will not be back.

Getting to the parking lot is tedious but fries and steak are amazing

Clerk has to be deaf. Ordered a large buffalo chicken sandwhich, no banana pepper add pickle and a medium Cajun fry.

Got a regular chicken sandwhich, only mayo, lettuce and pickle, a regular medium fry and a drink.

Literally messed up 100% of my order plus stuff I didn't order. If you're going to get lunch here, order online or else you'll get whatever they feel like giving you.

Hours say they close at 9 PM showed up at 8:30 to place an order and they said they were closed and they stopped taking orders at 8:30.

Store opens at 11. It’s 11:20 and not a soul present to even prepare to open the establishment.

The beef was so, so, so, dry.

I really enjoy this Charley's, especially compared to others I’ve been to. Like any restaurant, they have their days with customer service, but the food is consistently good. I love their combos and the $0.70 wing deals. I’ve been eating at Charley’s since I was a kid, so you can definitely take my word for it!

The boy with the curly black hair on grill needs to be fired in my opinion. The way he spoke to his coworker was soo disgusting and the way he spoke to me wasn't any better. He wore headphones so he couldn't hear the woman tell him about my order and when I ultimately had my order wrong he gave her and attitude and told her to do her job and when I mentioned if he wasn't listening to music he would've heard her I was then told to mind my business. I can not believe this is how he speaks to customers and in front of them. I left with no food because my order was wrong and already very late and I had to get back to work.

Absolutely filthy store. From the drink station to the bathroom that has black rings and hasn’t been cleaned in what looks like ever.

Mom and I went to this for lunch. The food was very good, and I got an order of their new Cajun fires with my cheese steak. I would definity recommend coming to this spot for lunch!
