I really enjoy this Charley's, especially compared to others I’ve been to. Like any restaurant, they have their days with customer service, but the food is consistently good. I love their combos and the $0.70 wing deals. I’ve been eating at Charley’s since I was a kid, so you can definitely take my word for it!

The boy with the curly black hair on grill needs to be fired in my opinion. The way he spoke to his coworker was soo disgusting and the way he spoke to me wasn't any better. He wore headphones so he couldn't hear the woman tell him about my order and when I ultimately had my order wrong he gave her and attitude and told her to do her job and when I mentioned if he wasn't listening to music he would've heard her I was then told to mind my business. I can not believe this is how he speaks to customers and in front of them. I left with no food because my order was wrong and already very late and I had to get back to work.

Absolutely filthy store. From the drink station to the bathroom that has black rings and hasn’t been cleaned in what looks like ever.

Mom and I went to this for lunch. The food was very good, and I got an order of their new Cajun fires with my cheese steak. I would definity recommend coming to this spot for lunch!

Order 2 of the chicken California with only cheese and lettuce. They couldn't even get that right. Mayo on the one. And both sandwiches along with the fries were cold. And hardly no chicken!!! 1st and last time ordering from here!!??

My major complaint was the portion size of the sandwich for the cost. Otherwise, sandwich tasted great. The fries were ok, but overloaded with the ranch dressing that turned the fries into a soggy and very salty mess. I will not be revisiting. Photos add an a plastic fork to give an idea on how small the sandwich was.

Ordered a chicken cheesesteak and there was the smallest amount of meat and cheese. Tried to call for help and was given attitude.

I ordered there shakes before and was super psyched for this. I even took a photo of the sandwich prior.. my very first bite a RIDICULOUSLY LONG DARK hair was in my cheesesteak. I would LOVE to " keep it moving " but I 100% CANT. I want to be contacted and I want my money back. That was utterly disgusting. My hair is not only in a hair wrap it's tied up
I have no other words honestly. My appetite is gone.
Nothing else to say , clearly people who work here dont use hair caps and thats FREAKING DISGUSTING that it was deeply encrusted in there.

I have been coming to Charlie's from day 1 when Omar own it and the la5in guy was running it it was so much better there it has went to trash now ppl that there now don't know what there doingy order is wrong last 4 times what's goinging on I will not be coming back all I can say where the old managers at where is corp atso sad they was so good

Cheesesteaks are delicious. I went to the one in the Deptford Mall. And they gave me a military discount. Highly recommend. 10/10
