Very poor customer service . I stood in line and watched a few people be served their food, I was the last in line and they told me they were closed and refused to make acceptions even tho I had been standing in line . I will not be returning .

The night workers take their job as a joke, I was at the drive thru and asked for a sandwich with a vanilla iced coffee. When I got to the window they forgot the iced coffee and I pointed it out to them and they said they don’t have anymore more milk so they wanted me to pull around to the front. I ended up waiting 25 mins until I pulled back into the drive thru to ask what happened to my coffee and how long they’ve had me waiting for it. The workers acted clueless and completely unprofessional and shrugged it off but they finally gave me my coffee. Total waste of time. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location again.

I was very surprised to have such a poor customer service experience here. My wife and I went yesterday for lunch. She is seven months pregnant and it is very obvious. She requested a large ice water and we were told they were only allowed to give out smalls. I asked if I can pay for a large soda and they can just give me ice water and the drive-through attendant said no, then I asked to speak to the manager to see if they would allow this. The Drive-through attendant spoke to someone over headset and they just reinforced that it wasn’t possible even if I paid . To top that off, they gave us a small cup of just ice with no water and only give me eight nuggets out of my 12 piece order, highly disappointed. I don’t know if I’ll return after this.

Would not let me pay for a large soda and fill cup with ice water. We would have paid for it. We didn't want it for free. Why don't you sell large ice water? Never had this problem at any other location.

Very disappointing visit to our go-to fast food chain. We wanted a reliable easy meal coming home from the shore and were immediately put off by overflowing trash cans and ketchup spread across the floor. My mom ordered the side kale salad and the register woman had no idea what that was even though it was on the menu behind her. When the food arrived, there was no side salad even though it was charged to the bill. When she asked about the salad the counter took her receipt (which was not returned) and started making it fresh, full of annoyance.
The dining room was largely empty, but many of the tables still had food and trash from previous diners.
When the food did arrive, the search for forks was unsuccessful and the front counter had to be asked for that as well.
The sauces that we requested (since Chick-fil-A everywhere is now counting sauces and charging accordingly) never arrived even though they were also charged to the bill. We had to talk to the counter again.
When I went to take my potty training toddler to the bathroom, after a successful attempt, the water from the automatic flush sprayed out of the toilet and, yes, right into my proud toddler’s face! Having already become the enemy to the staff I decided it was no longer worth it and we left.
The food was still better than other places, but the service was not what we have come to expect from Chick-fil-A. I would avoid this location if possible, the staff and facilities make the extra few dollars you pay for the brand frustratingly not worth it.

As usual excellent food. Had to wait a few more minutes than they wanted me to, so they gave me a card for free cookie or brownie or ice cream. I didn't think it was that long of a wait, but certainly appreciated the gift!!
Always one of the best places to go if you are hungry. Fast and friendly service. The prices are reasonable and responsible. Plus they have the best chicken ice cream and milkshakes. I would add the waffle fries to that list but I like mine alittle more crispy but they are still great.
They changed the fries to be crispier and I didn't like them
