They're good I don't really care for the chicken that much but I love their fries. They messed up my order and I had to wait one time. They're improving though
This place is terrible for a chic fil a I have no idea why but the tomatoes always taste old and the sandwiches don’t taste right generally when paying for chic fil a you expect a regular sandwich with tomatoes not rotten. Also always cheaping out on the chic fil a sauce 4 meals and 2 chic fil a sauces. Hopefully the tomatoes are the only thing bad.

Food was terrible. The fries were NOT fresh, they were hard and tasted as if they sat out for a long time. The chicken was lukewarm and lacked flavor. Not only that but both my partner and I both had a stomachaches afterwards. The employee at the window lacked manners. I want to give this individual the benefit of the doubt considering the line but still. I understand lines are long, but the wait was atrocious. Usually all I get asked is the name of the order, not the contents, which I feel only made the wait longer. Management seems to be lacking organization and swiftness. I DO NOT recommend this chic fil a. If I were you just go to the Egg Harbor one near the Walmart. Food ALWAYS taste great, the line ALWAYS moved fast no matter how long, & the service is ALWAYS great. This one by fire rd is just bad!

When we arrived, we were the only patrons inside. The manager was gossiping with the other two front end associates. There was a car visible in the drive thru window waiting as well. One employee broke the gossip circle to finish assisting the window, then turned back to the conversation. In this time period I made eye contact with each of these associates, including the manager, while standing at the register. After a few minutes, the drive thru associate asked if one of the other two were going to help us at the counter.Never received a welcome - didn’t feel welcome at all. We felt like they’d prefer us to leave so they didn’t have to work.But the food was on point. Not five stars simply because my box of hashrounds was about 3/4 of the way full, and our cup of fruit was lacking as well.
