They were really rude to me. I was asking for toppings and after every single topping the employee would put the lid on top of the bowl and when I asked her to add more toppings she seemed really annoyed. They also stacked 4 bowls and chips in one bag and everything leaked through in the car ride home :(

Placed an online order & paid in advance. Went to pick up at my scheduled time at drive up window and was told they didn’t have my order and to come inside to talk to the manager. I confirmed correct address, showed him my online receipt, and even confirmed the payment had already been taken from my account. The manager was incredibly rude throughout the process and it wasn’t until one of the other staff members walked up and said he had made my order and pointed to where it was waiting that I was able to get my food. The manager just walked away at that point, no confirmation, acknowledgement, apology for the confusion let alone an apology for his behavior throughout the process. Rest of the staff seemed great, manager’s behavior was entire reason for writing this poor review as the order confusion wasn’t a big deal all in all.

Do you like a small portion of dry protein and veggies? Then this is your place. Otherwise go across the street down the road a little bit to Chido Burrito. You get more and everything is way fresher. Literally no reason to go to Chipotle.

Food tasted like any other chipotle. Good. Consistent. Fast service. Friendly staff. Good ambience. It was a quick detour from garden State parkway. So, was a very convenient quick stop for some reliable delicious food.
We always love chipotle but what made this experience extra great was Angela the worker that made our food. My son has food allergies and Angela went out of her way to get him safe food from the refrigerator aNd we didn’t h even have to ask her! She was thorough and careful and we are so grateful. Thank you!

Stopped in there for lunch today on a Sunday. I work two minutes away. There was absolutely no one in line. It took at least two minutes for someone to come to the counter to wait on me. The sense of urgency for customer service is very lacking.. The food was lukewarm at most. This is not the first time I got this experience at this location so I will not be back

Went to place an order of 140 burritos. For an order that large you have to do it online and the GM Genesis Godoy gave me all of the information necessary to make this happen. Thank you Chipotle and thank you Genesis.
