TERRIBLE SERVICE. literally my food was supposed to be out in 20 mins ended up waiting OVER AN HOUR. another customer i saw had his pizza made wrong THRICE. no communication at all. apparently my food was taken by a driver and when i asked where it was the lady didn’t tell me she told another worker that “she doesn’t have it” and the worker told me “i think it’s coming out” HOW DO U THINK UR SUPPOSED TO KNOW… anyways terrible service don’t come unless ur really full cause they’re going to take so long to make a stupid small pizza half peproni half hawaiian

I just came home to find that I was served the incorrect crust . I ordered a pepperoni, sausage, jalapeño and green pepper pizza.
My sausage was missing and I ordered thin crust, New York Style.
This is some BS. THE PIZZA had original, thick dry Dominos Style crust.
Never again . $26 down the drain and my husband had the nerve to be mad at me because I called to complain, twice.
I can't get another pizza or my money back.

Toppings were not spread evenly over pizza. Cheesy bread did not have pepperoni in it after I ordered it online and the the receipt says it. Called and I was put on hold and no one ever came back. Not coming here again.

I don't know where to begin. First I ordered some stuffed cheesy bread, and as you can see they sent the wrong item. That would be fine, mistakes happen. I figured I'd just eat the tots, but then I opened that box and saw this! Not only was it not what I ordered, it didn't look appealing! I couldn't bring myself to eat them so I decided to call them on the phone to see what can be done about the mistaken order.
I called my local Dominos several times, and each time the person working answered the phone (this was a Saturday evening, so I understood it would be busy), he put me on a silent hold and never came back to the phone each time.
I called several times, at different intervals, just to be put on hold. I finally gave up and decided to take a loss on the 7 bucks, and inform those reading this review to understand what they may encounter when ordering from here. I've ordered from there before, and most of the time there's no issue.
Dominos is Dominos I'm not expecting a 5 star restaurant meal, but when an error is made and even the attempts that I make to correct the error are in vain, what else can you do ??♂️
I don't know when or if I'll order from them again, but, now others are aware that this could happen to them ??♂️

I literally can not. Delivery driver was yelling , barely spoke English then when I call and ask who am I speaking with on the phone the guy says “uhhhhhhhh Chris?” . You’re not even sure of your own name? food was barley cooked. Dough was half raw. Won’t order here again.

Walked in and placed an order at the counter. Was told 20 minutes. Came back in to pick it up 20 minutes later, told a few more minutes. 20 minutes later (we're at 40 minutes now) I'm told a few more minutes. They can't even find my order. Manager I assume looks and finds it, it was sitting there the whole time. The guy who took my order shortened my name and than spelled it wrong. They are completely unorganized and don't communicate with each other. Manager said nothing to me, no apologies nothing, just walked away.

Order 2 pizzas online, when to the store they only had one because the delivery driver took 1 of my pizzas by mistake, had to wait 10 minutes for the other one to be ready, very unprofessional....
Give it a try again almost 3 years later and my kids and wife said the pizza and chicken wings were disgusting, can't go back them for a while or probably never , need to make better pizza.

I called and ordered a large pepperoni pizza at the Domino's in egg harbor township and the pizza was never delivered. When I called, they hung up on me and the The manager never apologized for the situation. Just terrible customer service.
