Well let's see first the guy ahead of me took about 5 minutes to order and he was friends with a cashier which made it longer . What I finally got to order I had to repeat it three times a very simple order. And then when my order was ready nobody bothered me to tell me.. it was just sitting there. Also the sweet tea that I ordered had no sugar at all

I ordered 25 munchkins the girl didn't even ask me what kind of munchkins I want it and just put whatever she felt like in the box. We don't eat chocolate so that was pretty disturbing. So when I said something to her about I didn't even get to pick she had an attitude and then she only gave me 24 so I guess she kept an extra munchkin for herself because she can't afford to buy her own. Real nice employees that you guys have at this location. You guys should really consider getting rid of some of them

So 🤔 I just witnessed the worst customer service. We were all skipped by after waiting for 10 minutes to be served. When a young African American young lady questioned the server a young man with glasses he ignored her and continued to speak Spanish to the couple who jumped the line. Funny thing is they said they had a question but then started to order. This was unfortunate 😕 several people complained and walked out. I walked out. Couldn't afford to be late for work

Waited online only to have a server let other patron skip me. When other customers voucher that I was next server said it was too late and continued to speak Spanish to person who skipped the line. Unprofessional and disrespectful. I walked out needless to say I will not spend money here.

has to be the worst dunkin location out there. unfortunately this is the closest one to me so i’ve given them multiple chances. something is ALWAYS messed up, or they’re out of something, or just straight up rude or taking too long. there’s never any sense of urgency, employees just mess around as the line grows. every single time i do a mobile order and they still try to give me the wrong order or make me pay at the window even though i tell them at the speaker. no one EVER knows what’s going on! one time they were out of something so i asked for a refund and the guy said he didn’t know how to do that. i asked if someone else there knew and he said no. like WHAT??? it’s honestly comical how much a mess they are here don’t waste your time. you’ll also be in line for 30 minutes for 1 coffee (not because they’re busy but because the workers don’t care)

Ordered a breakfast meal off the drive thru board. Pictured is s bagel sandwich, what I received was a dried out croissant and hash browns that were dumped upside down in th bag. Food was disgusting.
