Dunkin’ Donuts Review: Disappointing Experience I’ve been a regular customer at this Dunkin’ Donuts, but my latest experience has left me utterly disheartened. During my recent visit, the service was shockingly poor. After placing my order for iced coffees, our drinks were abruptly thrown at us—not just handed over, but actually shoved towards our car in a careless manner. To top it off, the worker told us to “get out of here” as if we were the ones causing a problem.
This kind of treatment is not just unprofessional; it’s completely unacceptable. Both workers including a young lady named Adrianne appeared to be struggling with basic order placement, which is surprising for an establishment that prides itself on customer service. The young lady also gave my party an attitude when we tried to correct our order arguing with us in the window & continuing to argue when I came inside to make sure we were good with our order & charge. Again, not acceptable.
I’ve come to rely on this Dunkin’ for my morning coffee, but the recent decline in both service and quality is alarming. Over the past year, I’ve noticed not only a drop in service and cleanliness, but also that the coffee itself has become subpar.
Diane, as the district manager, I urge you to address these issues. It’s crucial for this location to improve and recapture the standards that once made it a go-to spot for coffee lovers. Based on my experience, I’m left with no choice but to give this Dunkin’ Donuts a disappointing two out of ten. I hope to see significant changes in the near future.

I'm a sucker for disappointment. Every time I went there, the order was either wrong or the coffee was just a milk-flavored drink. This time, it was both. I ordered a mocha latte and a caramel latte, both with cold foam. The drinks came out—both mocha and without cold foam. I pointed out that we ordered cold foam; he looked at the order sticker and took one back, saying we had to pay for cold foam for the second one. He walked away while I grabbed my receipt. A second guy came by with the cold foam latte, but before we could say the drink was still wrong, he left. When we called out for him to come back, he ignored us. Finally, we had enough, and I walked into the store with the receipt and the wrong latte and asked them to fix it. What I received was a milk-flavored caramel😭. I didn't want to continue the shenanigans and have them spit in or do something to my drink, so I sucked it up and threw the latte in the trash—wasting $5.28 plus tax. I got in my car and went to Wawa for my daily dose of caffeine. Will I be back? Probably😅, since I'm a sucker for disappointment with gold fish memories.

I get the same thing at every Dunkin, but all I got was milk. Barely any flavor. Poured it in the mulch on the way out.
Every time I go to the English Creek Dunkin my drinks are made right, my orders are never missing items, and they usually always have all products in stock. Also the staff is extremely friendly and on the rare chance something is out of stock, they give me another product (that's the same price/value) in place of it.

Had an aweful experience, I was pregnant yk how it is I just wanted to get my doughnuts. It was dead and it took them 30 mins… the two guys behind the counter were yapping and messing around. Decided to give it a chance again today they were out of Boston crème which wasn’t an issue but it’s my fiancés favorite so I was gonna just go to another location so I nicely asked to cancel my order and the guy got a major attitude with me like????? Idk what happened to peoples work ethic but yall suck😭
