I was here Wednesday Valentine's Day 6 Pm trying to buy some donuts and there only one kind left. No body greet you and feels like everyone is about to close the store and leave. The signs said they're closing at 9

Normally would frequently get iced coffee before work but just had a bad experience today with it had a mobile order for half a dozen donuts and they didn't have any (which I understand) but asked for a refund and they told me to use the app, Manageror supervisor did not feel welcoming as well, and contact them and they'd get back to me in 2 business days or so, overalls not a great experience

Location 3000 Atlantic Ave has BUMS on their roster. EVERYDAY THERE IS A BUM ON DOOR PATROL.? Listen, the panhandling is crazy at this location as well as 1800 Atlantic Ave. Usually these people are men and junkies. BE CAREFUL???HEY if these men cleaned themselves up and got a job at a casino, they would make way more money than 50 cents.?

Absolutely packed! Drive thru wraps around the parking lot so if you are parked you can't get out. Do not park in the lot if you are going in. I went in to avoid the drive thru and the service was horrible. I waited 30 minutes and the order was wrong. Never again!

This was the worst visit I had in a long time. The customer service was terrible. I order my drink online and waited, then patiently waited for my drink. My order was moved to ready and my drink was not made. Then the blonde-haired white lady, truely forgot her name, asked me why I was waiting. I told her that I was waiting for my drink. They obviously skipped my drink as they were making drink for people who came after me. She then said someone must have taken my drink. I told her I have been here most of the time and that they didn’t make it. She did not have attitude but if I made a mistake I would have apologized at least. However when I received my drink, I didn’t get an apology and she did not even look me in the eyes and just handed my drink. Very low standard of service. I called to ask for her name and Harold told me her name but I remember his name and not hers. I was there last week when she forgot someone’s order. But the gentleman started swearing which was inappropriate. However, she matched his intensity infront of customers.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to get munchkins and a sandwich. I understand busy but tell a person. Also don't ask me to park in the lot where people block you in to wait 5 minutes. Then I get to walk in to find my sandwich probably sitting on counter for who knows how long. Was someone going to actually bring it out? I will never come to this location again. I was not even apologized to for wait. It was my fault for coming during a busy time.

I have been coming here when I’m in town for business and sometimes I happen to be here during the morning rush. This crew is amazing. I do mobile walk in and it’s always ready waiting on me. Good job dunkin!

I went to Dunkin' Donuts today in egg harbor township Nj and the older lady's customer service was TERRIBLE RUDE and MEAN. I place my orders online so i dont have to wait in the drive thru and My order was not ready nor right and when I asked if they could remake both my drinks because they weren't made the right way she started to yell at me saying they were made right. I will not be going back to that Dunkin' Donuts location. Nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. If they are unhappy they shouldn't be working with the public. This isn't the first time either...
