So far this is my most favourite Japanese place to satisfy my Asian tastebud lol. Suggested foods are maki combo b ( worth the money) & hibachis.

I had the 26 dollar shushimi which was really a form of sushi. Not real pieces of shushimi but very slivers over white rice. Not what others places do. Way over priced. Staff was very friendly, the place was very nice. Not rushing to go back. Miso and salad were ok.

I have always loved it here however, like many other restaurants, every single aspect of dining here has gone way, way down in just about every category since COVID. A real shame. Food is now mediocre, service is rushed after the 20 minute wait to get a server to come to your table for the 1st time. So unfortunate. This place used to be THEE BEST SUSHI around.

Long time patron. Unfortunate had my last visit recently. Received service at the bar. The food was good. Service was not. 2 distasteful events. 1 overheard the bartender whisper with other patrons talking negatively about patrons but also regarded them as “good tippers”. Second witnessed an employee using the restroom and leaving without washing his hands. Although food is good I value professionalism and cleanliness when choosing where I dine. Sad to say I won’t be returning.

Went for the happy hour at the bar. Star was an amazing bartender. Offered suggestions and gave us a sample of a delicious lychee martini. Food was fresh and tasty.
