Irene’s strawberry shortcake is absolutely amazing! I ordered this cake for my daughter’s birthday, and it did not disappoint. The cake was incredibly delicious, and I wish I had ordered a bigger one because everyone kept coming back for seconds. Highly recommend!

Slice of heaven! Layers of strawberry shortcake happiness - fresh, whole strawberries sitting tall in creamy vanilla custard...done twice! With the airiest vanilla sponge. Cake was so tall and had such hef from all the strawberries. So elegantly decorated with halved berries all along the bottom trim and top and frosted in delicious whipped cream. Thank you, Irene ? for last minute birthday cake bake! The best strawberry shortcake ? hands down in Atlantic County!

My sister called last minute the day before our wedding because we forgot to order a cake. They were amazing, delivered the cake and not only was it beautiful but it was delicious as well. Everyone raved about the cake, something that no one ever says about a wedding cake. Thank you for going above and beyond for a last minute request and making our wedding so special

Thank you so much for the wonderful cake. My brother loved it. We had originally called a few closer in distance bakeries; but they either didn’t want to specialize the mousse or there wasn’t enough time for the order. Irene’s was pleasant, knowledgeable, and even delivered- which was a huge time saver. Will definitely order again for our occasion needs.
