Please don’t eat here for your own health. On 08/30/25 my husband picked up takeout for us for breakfast. I’m pregnant and just wanted a breakfast sandwich. I am eating, and about halfway through my sandwich I notice that the egg had some little black dots on the center. I ripped the egg open to find that it was completely moldy on the inside. Absolutely disgusting and a health/safety hazard. When we called to complain, the employees assured us there was no way this could have been mold. we brought the sandwich back to the store, like they asked, and spoke with the manager. He apologized and explained he had no idea how this could have happened. He asked us to not call corporate. We let him know that this is unacceptable. I don’t think I will ever eat at McDonald’s again.

We went at 1am and nobody was answering to order so we went to the window. I went again today and stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter to help me.

How bad, I was there today, and it was hot, how is it possible that they still haven't turned on the air conditioning? What made me feel the most sorry was seeing their workers dying of heat, one of them even told me that they still don't want to turn on the AC. They are abusers.
People were so rude especially the heavier set manager. I left and went to Northfield location which was way better service

Got my order wrong. Had to to talk to about 5 different people and wait a half hour. Finally a white guy with tattoos I assume is a manager comes over and tries to fight me and refused to give me a refund. The food was visibly old and cold as ice as well. Even the fresh food I had go through gauntlet to get. Avoid. There's a mcdonalds like 3 blocks away that's way better
