This is the second time Naruto has messed up my order, and unfortunately it’ll be the last. Mistakes happen once, but twice is unacceptable—especially when you’re paying good money and expecting basic accuracy.
What really pushed this over the edge was the girl on the phone. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the issue, she was extremely rude and dismissive, like my complaint was an inconvenience to her. Terrible customer service on top of a messed-up order is a deal breaker.
If you care about getting what you actually ordered and being treated with respect, I’d think twice before ordering from here.
If you want it harsher, shorter, or more sarcastic, say the word—I’ll tweak it 😤🍣

Got the 3 roll lunch special with soup or salad, salmon, spicy salmon, spicy crab meat rolls where very good, servers were polite, came around and refilled water every time glass was near empty. Busy during lunch around noon.

This wasn’t just a dinner, this was an experience. Epic time. Hibachi chef was fun and entertaining. Food was absolutely incredible. The hibachi chicken and steak was packed with so much flavor and the sushi was fresh, packed with flavor and rolled to perfection, I cannot wait to go back!
Binto box was great with good portions the sesime chicken flavor profile was different from what I'm used to but very good. Strawberry lavender milk tea was also great. Good food with lots of options

I’ve been coming here for two years now and it never disappoints! A local gem. Staff is always friendly and food is delicious. I recommend ordered your steak one temperature less (I like mine medium well but I order medium because it comes out medium well) Quantity is great and my go to for dinner.
