everytime I order on their app..they leave/forget 1 item..you call pizza hut..it goes to the call center which tells you they only take orders not customer service...they transfer you to the store no one answers because the cashier is also the cook and waitress...1 or 2 person operation...
last money cheese sticks...today...cheese bread...pizza hut you owe me 17$...

Every time I go to the Pleasantville NJ Pizza Hut I get the best service and our food is always accurate. Also they have great staff at this restaurant ! Say hello to ( Jim ) great guy . He will always greets you by name and with a smile. It’s appreciated after a long day at work.( Betty ) she’s awesome also. She makes sure your order is ready and accurate ! Just got to say thank you and don’t stop being the ( Best ) !!!

Horrible unreliable place that is extremely child unfriendly. They lie when they say they're ready and won't simply be honest about the amount of time it will take your food to be ready. You may think your food is ready based on what the website states but the pizza won't even have been put in the oven in reality when the website says it's ready got pickup
