The people that work here are super kind and fast and efficient. The coffee and all the drinks we ordered were delicious. Special accolades to the workers named Mikey G and Damali S. Wonderful people! They should get raises and Promotions!!

Please make sure you’re checking what food you’re making before giving it to customers. I ordered the vegan falafel pocket and was given cheesy, jalapeño chicken instead. I’m severely allergic to both dairy and chicken. My entire order was vegan so there should’ve been no confusion but they still should’ve checked before making the food. The employee quickly made me a new one but no apology or anything to make up for the fact I was served something that could’ve ended in a hospital visit. Write on the bag. Store them separately. There’s many options to make sure you’re not giving people the wrong food.

This location used to be great, fast and always in stock. Not sure if there was ch age on management, but it seems like everything went down the hill. Every day they are out of something: straws, certain ingredients to beverages and etc.

Absolutely disgraceful experience today at the EHT Starbucks. I ordered a Chocolate Cream Cold Brew — a drink that, by name alone, should come topped with its signature chocolate cold foam. What I received was a bland, murky mess that tasted like it had been made by someone who’s never even read the menu. Not a single trace of foam. None. Zero. Zilch. Just a cup of over-creamed disappointment.
And to top it off — I explicitly did not ask for creamer, yet the drink came swimming in it. Did they misread the order? Ignore it? Or are they just randomly dumping dairy into drinks now like it’s some kind of free-for-all?
This isn’t just a “bad day” for the barista — it’s complete negligence in drink quality. Starbucks is supposed to be consistent, but this location clearly didn’t get the memo. If I wanted cold brew with milk, I could’ve made it at home for a fraction of the price — and at least I’d get the order right.

8:00 a.m. - I stop at a lot of Starbucks to work and have a coffee. Today was my first time at the Starbucks in Egg Harbor Township and I was truly impressed.
All of the staff work well together and there was not a lot of noise (e.g., banging of blenders and such) even though they were very busy (morning coffee rush). I am often at other Starbucks and the staff is VERY loud when making drinks during the rush.
I decided to purchase a mug and DENNIS, who waited on me was so kind because there was no price on the mug and it was the last one. He took the time to find a price and was willing to accommodate my request in a positive and caring manner.
DENNIS smiled while working and he was super sweet.
I would HIGHLY recommend this STARBUCKS for their professionalism and a big shout out to DENNIS for making my morning better - it was a rough start but he turned things around a bit.

Ordered through driveway. Drink was fine but I ordered two pup cups and was told they didn't have whip cream. Really? If you don't want to offer pup cups just put up a sign (as opposed to the rest of the company who have no problem giving pup cups). But don't lie about not having whip cream when it's used as a topper for so many of your cold/iced drinks. Won't go to this Starbucks again. The Somers Point location is much more customer oriented.
Great experience coming to this location! Mr. Barry was very nice and helpful and honestly made the whole experience today the reason why i’m giving this review a 5 star. Definitely a great worker and great person to meet today thank you for the delightful experience and great drink too of course haha!!
If you frequent this location just know Cat is the absolute best server and the place is always clean, welcoming and great vibe!!!
Went here on a Saturday. This place has made me forever skip tipping until after services are rendered. Just like you tip after you eat dinner at a restaurant and not before.
My iced coffee took 4-5 minutes (about average). My wife's plain coffee took over 10 minutes, and only because she asked the guy making the coffees. Why so long? It was nothing special. Just hot coffee. Same with the food. Mine was done first, and hers was 5 minutes later. Kind of defeats the purpose of going out to eat together.
This location was so focused on drive through and online orders that the people physically there have to wait longer.

I’m not one to post but absolutely awful experience and it’s not the first... Had to wait almost 30min at drive-thru, was given 2 out of my 4drinks then had to wait till a worker came back to ask why I was still waiting for 15min later. Drinks were absolutely awful made incorrectly. Was not given straws for frappes. If you want coffee worth all the money you are spending here do not stop at this location. They can never get the drinks right.
