Went here on a Saturday. This place has made me forever skip tipping until after services are rendered. Just like you tip after you eat dinner at a restaurant and not before.
My iced coffee took 4-5 minutes (about average). My wife's plain coffee took over 10 minutes, and only because she asked the guy making the coffees. Why so long? It was nothing special. Just hot coffee. Same with the food. Mine was done first, and hers was 5 minutes later. Kind of defeats the purpose of going out to eat together.
This location was so focused on drive through and online orders that the people physically there have to wait longer.

I’m not one to post but absolutely awful experience and it’s not the first... Had to wait almost 30min at drive-thru, was given 2 out of my 4drinks then had to wait till a worker came back to ask why I was still waiting for 15min later. Drinks were absolutely awful made incorrectly. Was not given straws for frappes. If you want coffee worth all the money you are spending here do not stop at this location. They can never get the drinks right.

I’m not usually a Starbucks person, but I go here and there. I came here a few days ago to study and decided to get a pumpkin macchiato. Gretchen made my drink and her customer service is absolutely above and beyond. I only write reviews when I feel someone truly needs to be recognized and she most certainly does. Thank you Gretchen, and my drink was delicious.

Usually I don’t ever leave reviews but yikes. Absolutely LOVE Starbucks but this location is a mess: the bathrooms are super dirty, the employees are scrambling because there’s not enough help, the lounge/eating area is very messy, tables are all sticky, trash all over, .. it’s like the main area hasn’t been cleaned in days. Still going to stay & work on stuff but as an owner of a cleaning business, not good. And it’s a Sunday morning.

Waited in the drive thru line for about 30 minutes just to receive a wrong drink. I didn’t have time to turn around because I was on my work break. I was given a drink I’d never order or drink (syrups added to an ice coffee, all I wanted was a plain iced latte) so I had to dump it. What a waste of money, time, and my work break.

I don't know what's going on but my favorite drink has been mango dragonfruit refreshers for two years and suddenly I had to change it because when I order it it's like buying a bottle of water it doesn't taste like anything

This location serves the crappiest drinks in all of Jersey. Each time I come here it is always something wrong with my drink. When at the shore avoid this store altogether and just go to the Somers Point location which is much better overall!

I'm really disappointed with the female employee today. On June 16, I ordered 2 drinks and 1 of them was incorrect. I know they are very busy today but 1 of the 2 glasses of water was ready and I had to ask about the remaining 1 glass for about 20 minutes to wait. I ordered matcha green tea frappuccino and they brought me hot matcha latte??? and they ignored me

Lowered to one star , location is closed .. no details on the front door as to when it's reopening.. just a sign stating " we'll be right back " .. so a week ?? Month ???? Year ?? Lack of communication & information does not a good company make .. never will frequent the establishment again..
