if you are ordering before 6am, call first I ordered at 5:30am and when i got there around 5:45 the store was completely empty despite my order going through and the store hours listed as open. I’m not sure if the opener just missed their shift or if this happens commonly, but I had work at 6 so I had to leave. My order needed up being completed around 6:10am, but at that point it was too late. I just wish there was a way they had to manually set up a system for allowing orders to go through so they don’t go through when nobody is there, as you can’t get a refund without emailing customer service.

Love this Starbucks!! Usually always have great service and I prefer this location over the other one. Drinks are made right most of the times but the only problem is it can get busy sometimes in the drive thru and the line can take a while to move. Other than that this is a great location.

I stopped by the Starbucks in Egg Harbor Township this morning before work and ordered an Iced Green Tea Lemonade. While I usually go for a Black Iced Tea with Mango Dragonfruit, this drink was just as refreshing. The flavor, freshness, and consistency were spot on—exactly what I’ve come to expect from this location.
I typically use the drive-thru, and the service is consistently friendly, fast, and attentive, even during busy morning hours. On the rare occasion there’s a longer line, the staff still keeps things moving efficiently, and my order is always accurate.
I’ve only been inside a handful of times, but from what I’ve seen the store is clean and has plenty of seating. Overall, this is one of the best Starbucks drive-thru locations in the area based on my experience. Reliable drinks, great service, and a well-run team keep me coming back.

I go here a lot and always kick myself in the foot whenever I do. Just got a vanilla sweet cream cold brew here. It was not mixed together, all the syrup was sitting at the bottom along with the cream and coffee part was black at the top. Almost looked like a machiotto (sp?). I told the worker who handed me the drink that it looked different ( I've many vanilla sweet cream cold brews from various other Starbucks locations) the worker proceeds to tell me to just myself and it'll be good..... safe to ill probably avoid this location as much as possible.

I have been to MANY Starbucks in my life never have I been to a Starbucks with such angry, disrespectful employees. Not a smile not a welcoming greeting just rude angry service. If I could give a zero rating I would have. I highly recommend if you give Starbucks your hard earned money choose a different location.

Everything was not even sweet. It was too burnt, and the people were just so mean.
Drinks are made ok. service isn't great, the guy @ the register didn't even crack a smile, the barista put the drink on the hand off counter, no have a nice day or anything, no interaction
