We are so lucky to have this spot in Atlantic county. Fresh, health, delicious options to choose from. I love that I can get meat, seafood, and vegetarian options all in the same spot. The crab cake was awesome, so much crab and delicious flavors! The fried chicken is fantastic, again great flavors. The mac & cheese is comforting and perfect. Loved the broccoli rabe with whole garlic cloves. The staff are so helpful and patient with all of my questions. They are located right next to Produce Junction, pick up some flowers and then head next door for some of the best food around!

I'm a frequent Stir It Up customer and have never been disappointed. My favorites are the turkey burger with spinach and caramelized onions, the hand pies, especially butternut squash, and the vegetables like whipped sweet potatoes and collard greens. If they ever have chicken pot pie on the menu, it's great to serve at mealtime. Great mix of meat, veggies, prepares salads and side dishes, and desserts. I like that you can purchase exactly how much you want, that they use so much local and seasonal produce, and that every week is different.

We had Stir It Up cater our backyard wedding reception. EVERYONE at our party was talking about how good the food was. Everyone. Probably the best food I've had a wedding. Staff was super nice and helpful. We choose some things off the menu but they were very accommodating to our other requests and NAILED em. I don't see us using anyone else for catering. If you're getting your party catered from Stir It Up please invite us.

We had such an incredible experience working with Stir it Up! Erin was so wonderful to work with. We had an after wedding brunch for 20 people, and they came up with an affordable and delicious menu for our party that ended up feeding us for two days! The food was so fresh and all the baked goods were baked that morning. All of the ingredients were high-quality and everything was brought in so professionally! We will absolutely use this business again!

Had a few issues I didn’t like here food was cold the 2 times I went and when asked for it to be redone and hot the staff in their gave me an attitude and made me feel like a bother but I wouldn’t go there again

Had intended to stop by for a while and check it out and glad I did. It's ready to go, quality food which is perfect for people like me that don't cook. Want a break from all the regular junk with which this area is saturated? (pizza, subs, burgers, Chinese, yada yada yada) That stuff gets boring after a while and it's nice to find quality food prepared by a skilled person. It's great if you're on the go which most people are these days. I didn't have to sit around waiting for food. Judging by the outside, I thought it might be a vegetarian place but it's not at all. They had meatloaf, ribs, crabcakes and plenty more I can't recall. Hearty sides like homemade mac and cheese (the real deal with actual cheddar cheese). I can't comment on their full menu, dining in, or catering but what I saw and experienced was quality at a reasonable price. It's not cheap (let's face it, nowhere is anymore) but it was a fair price for the amount and quality. 5/5 would recommend trying if you're tired of eating all the same crap that they have everywhere so if you find yourself scratching your chin next time you are hungry, give it a whirl. Ordered from door dash. Ordered a Turkey Burger. So... o got a turkey burger....no bread no tomato no lettuce and it was cold. Ordered the roasted potatoes and cold.. call and this is the way they do it....they expect the customer to provide the above and heat it up...lesson learned
