Walt's Original Primo Pizza

Bad experience. Ordered online and got an email confirmation. After 2 hours was told they never got the order. Was put on hold then they claimed it was delivered to another house.

Was smashed in the face exiting the bathroom and broke my glasses. The customer became profane and said its my fault. then threatened to fight me. Not one employee came to assist me. I will never return. Food was average at best and clientele sucks

Delicious pizza!

I ordered 2 pizza deal was $32.95 I got 2 toppings of green peppers and jalapeño they charged me $17.00 for 2 toppings. Total came to $49.21 Are you for real.

Chick had an attitude for no reason. Spent 30$ on a half cheese steak and a mozz caprese appetizer. The sandwich was too much bread to meat ratio and the caprese was depressing, at best. Photo attached. Looks like they pulled the tomatoes off of someone's sandwich from yesterday.

I ordered a pizza today and paid cash for it. Unknowingly I dropped a $50 bill. The establishment was able to track the $50 to me. Called me on my cell and returned the money. How awesome was that? I will be ordering my pizzas from Primos in EHT.

Extremely rude customer service. When I was living in egg Harbor Township, I lived in a group living situation. One bad tenant decided to use a bad card to get pizza. That being said, I was clearly using a different card and was a different resident and he refused to take any credit/debitcards from our house ever again And was very arrogant about it. Now that I'm living in Galloway, which is about 20 minutes from EHT they refuse to deliver while other businesses would be happy to drive out to you if you give them a tip Great food, but I'm never dealing with their crappy customer service ever again

I ordered pizza. The woman who answered the phone said “pickup or delivery.” My daughter replied pick up. She said the name and the fatass woman hung up. Unbelievable. I’ve even ordered from this place a long time ago. But the food is delicious. Just not this one person who answers my call.

His pizza and sauce is like my grandmom’s and I told Walt when he used to be in the Somers Pt store. Everything is well made and fresh and good. He even has good sodas. I love Sicilian pizza and his is excellent. All his pizza is excellent but his white pizza is so good and I think it must cost a lot to make it, so his profit on it is tight but it could be in a restaurant with high end pizza menus. His staff is well trained and so pleasant and know their menu. Do you see how nice chick filet staff is, well Walt must have someone teach his staff like that. I see how busy his store is. Walt was always so nice to me and was extra nice to my clients from the Arc when I’d bring them in as a special occasion. He deserves to do extremely well and I hope that if he does ever retire that the people who take over can carry on his food and atmosphere.

Friendly and professional service. The place is very clean, and I was watching the process of ordering to staff cooking to the staff serving, and it was a well-oiled machine. The food was delicious.

This is our favorite pizza place! We stop in and have a sit down meal often. All the food is always delicious, and the girls working inside are quick and friendly. A local gem!
