The rice had no flavor, was clumpy, and had a dull, ugly color, did not taste fresh. The boneless spare ribs looked so weird and the sauce was clumpy, it was not evenly dispersed on the ribs. Very dissatisfied.

I Ordered General Tso Chicken, Chicken Lo Mien and Boneless spare ribs. The General Tso Chicken had a very strange flavor, Borderline fishy taste to it which I found extremely concerning.The Chicken Lo Mein noodles Had absolutely ZERO Flavor and the chicken was hard and chewy.The boneless rib was sliced like deli meat and they were very dry and rough and also lacking in the flavor department...The only "positive" thing I can say is that they give you a good amount of food for a lunch special, The Problem is the food you get taste like it belongs in the dumpster...P.S. I'am not a picky eater, I will eat and try anything but this food was seriously disgusting and I couldn't even eat two bites of the Lo mien or the fishy tasting General Tso Chicken, Hear my warning and stay away from this this place!. It's a waste of money because you will just throw the food in the trash where it belongs , TRUST ME!.

Got there to pick up our order. They were looking in their screen for a while before I asked if they had my online order, which they finally told me they had. We ordered chicken lo mein, and there was about the amount of chicken in there that came off of a chicken wing. It was 50% flavorless noodles, 10% chicken and 40% onions. Yuck. Our kids sesame chicken was chewy and hard to eat. I definitely wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

I placed an order for pick up but when I got there my order wasn't ready. I gave the lady my name and phone number which she checked and told me it would be ready soon. After around 10 minutes, she asks again what my order was and of course my food is not ready yet.Another 15 minutes or so and I can hear the owner ask what I'm waiting for which means they haven't even started on my order.I basically had to wait around 40 minutes to finally get my food even though I placed the order online. All this wait and the food wasn't even decent. Not going back any time soon.

It’s ashame the customer service and atmosphere of this hole in the wall is what’s holding it back from being a decent option for take out. They don’t care if your food is right, on time , or anything. And won’t do anything about

Why do they charge extra when you order general chicken we always order there and last time we went it was $1 xtra then oh sorry $2 xtra for general chicken sauce on side wondering why??? we may find another place to go
