This review is focused more on the Central American palate (Salvadoran food) rather than the Mexican one. On first glance, food looks promising, however, fails to stick to the traditional aspect of the food. For example, the pupusas with a vegetable called “loroco” is traditionally chopped finely to look like green specks on the cheese. Here, they don’t chop it finely, it’s slapped on the cheese as is.
