It's a shame that my family kids included waited for more than 15 minutes and 3 servers were there and Noone came to our table but 2 couples came after us and a server came to there table but ignore uss smh so we left

My wife and I just finished shopping here at the mall and we decided to have lunch!!!! Our waitress Aniyah was very pleasant and kind. The manager Nick also came over and brought my wife's drink personally. He was concerned about the service and our meal! That's something that you don't experience often. My wife and I dine out often. We will definitely be back to this Applebee's!!! We enjoyed our meal and the service. Thank you. Aniyah and Nick!!!!!

I eat here alot as I work nearby. Cheaper than food court and better quality food. The service is what sets this place apart... Suzy is awesome and runs around non stop to make sure customers have what they need. She should be the example of what all servers should do. She always has a smile. Will go again.
