Stopped by the Applebee’s at Jersey Gardens Mall and tried the new holiday drinks — Tipsy Reindeer and Sleigh All Day with the extra shooters. Totally worth the price. Sleigh All Day is tequila-based and definitely stronger than the Tipsy Reindeer, so choose your fighter accordingly 🍹
We did the 2 for $25 and got the chicken parm and mozzarella sticks — both were surprisingly good. Portions were big enough that we couldn’t finish everything and had leftovers, which is always a win.
The servers were very attentive, but they were clearly slammed, so don’t expect to be seated immediately. Pro tip: give your name and number as soon as you get to the mall for a wait time estimate, or call ahead. The space is also a bit small, so it fills up fast.
Overall solid food, strong drinks, and good service — just plan around the wait.

I placed an online order pick up here for lunch. The system quoted me 35 minutes but ended up being 50 minutes so I waited in the lobby for a little while.
The guy running the to-go program was really friendly. The food was very meh.

I walked in exhausted from the rain and a long day, hungry and bone tired clutching a dying cell phone in my hands. Ebony was stationed at the front desk by the door with a warm smile and kind voice. I instantly felt better. She found a perfect booth seat for me when I mentioned I didn't want to sit on one of the bar stools or high chairs due to my back pain. She also gave me directions to the bus stand. She came back to check on me and I asked her if she would kindly do me a favor. My phone's battery was dying and I still had to head back home to NYC. It was very late and I was anxious about going home alone without access to my cell. She went above and beyond, charging my phone at her station while I ate so I was able to get home with my peace of mind intact. It's moments like these that restores one's faith in goodness and humanity. I will definitely never forget Ebony's kind gesture, ensuring my safety. Definitely grateful to have met her! Although I didn't get to know my server's name, I must mention that she was also great! Overall, a wonderful experience.

The food is very good, but today I had a bad experience with a girl who keeps coming up to take pictures. She took three pictures of us and came back just as we were eating. I politely asked her to come back when we had finished eating, but she got angry. She should come to the table after people have finished eating, not right when the food is hot. That's my suggestion.

The waitress Deedee was the best waitress that me and my bf ever had. This was the only Applebees that has better quality food and better quality atmosphere than the one by our hometown.

it took 15 or 20 minutes for our starters to come out and our drinks didn't come for 5 minutes later only because another server noticed and helped us I had 3 double shots and was cut off by the same server he kept filling salt and pepper jars the whole night rather than check in me my brother n nephew worst dining experience I've ever had he was a short man with glasses and I believe a hearing aid
