banger chicken sandwich and banger shakes. this place is so good and the lady that attended me was super kind and answered me what was in my sandwich. i see a lot of people complain abt prices but in this economy what else could we do😅

Worse milk shake ever. It taste like chocolate icy and for almost $10 just for one chocolate nasty shake. Never again. I went to sonic and got larger chocolate shake for only $3.75 that taste like an actually MILK not ice shake!! Never again!

I will give them zero Stars if I was allowed to. I showed up to the establishment to pick up an Uber eats order. There was a Spanish lady who stated that she gave my order away to somebody else she also informed me that she did not check the ticket in which the person came and picked up the order I showed her my ticket for the order that I was supposed to pick up I showed her the name I even showed her the order she said that she would not make another order due to her mistake she was laughing the whole time. I asked to speak to her manager of course she said the manager was not there I asked her if she can cancel the order for the person that she gave it to incorrectly and she also said that she would not do it not only is she messing with my money she's making me look bad by interfering with business q once I started speaking to her and her language she started getting nervous I could see in her eyes that she knew she did something wrong and would not try to fix it. Even if things don't get rectified the simple fact that I was able to call her out and she knew it is simply enoughbecause I know for a fact that she did not think I could speak her language and articulate that she was doing wrong. It was very visible in her face. Even if I was ordering food and not doing delivery for that establishment based off of that experience I wouldn't even order from there. Go to a more honest establishment if you want some food
I am a big fan of Banana King and I have been going to Paterson locations for years. I recently moved near Elizabeth so I’ve came here around 5 times. I spent around $40 today on a strawberry shake, mango/passion fruit shake, Papa wings barbecue, salchipapa & a chicken empanada. My spouse asked for a Colombian empanada and even pointed to it at the display case, specifying he wanted that kind. I also specified to the woman who took our order I wanted barbecue sauce on my fries as well , not just the wings and she said okay. Once we got our food and opened it at home, we were given the wrong empanada, a regular one instead of Colombian and there was barely any barbecue sauce on my wings, nevertheless the fries. I was really disappointed! On top of the fact, I’m pregnant and was craving this so I’m really upset. The lady rushed our order so for $40 I’m not pleased. I’m also surprised it’s now $1.75 extra for Strawberry flavored shake, which was not a thing for this franchise in the past and we weren’t told it would be extra. Not pleased today. I’ve been a fan of Banana King for years but this location needs to do better. I would rather take the extra drive in Paterson, to the new business “It’s Waoo”, this was upsetting.

The food is pretty good. But the staffs need to improve on customer service. Acknowledge your customers, don’t just ignore them even when you are busy taking calls. Without the customers there is no banana king.

This place has many unqualified people to work there. There were so many bad experiences, usually related to the service. How it can take you almost minutes to prepare a sandwich and a smoothie. And it happens on multiple occasions. Today I came to buy myself something to eat and the lady saw me arrive. He started serving other people who approached him at the checkout instead of acknowledging that I came first. And I literally didn't tell him anything. I waited 15 minutes watching her serve everyone before me. And I called a lady making the smoothies and told her what happened. When they wanted to serve me, I told them that my hunger was gone and I left. It is very bad service not to be attentive to the people who arrive. First and who you have not attended to. Especially if you're the only cashier of the night. (Lady is blonde)

Lady, bad attitude and bad customer service, they see you standing there and act like you are not present or ask what you want, ignore the person completely and have a stiff face, if you don't like the job, you will Oh.

I Uber Eats, my order and the Packaging was horrible. It’s a brown box and under the brown box was a whole bunch of grease.The quality of the food was very greasy. I didn’t even get get pink sauce..

I ordered some chuzos and nothing more, I waited like 20 minutes and everything came to nothing, I see an order there from 15 minutes ago to deliver and nothing, the only reason they delivered my food after 20 minutes was because I stopped and was going to ask about That's because I was waiting there for a long time and until one of the ladies in the back I see that I was waiting so long and they finally delivered it to me, there weren't even that many customers and my food got cold, very very bad
speed up the wait a little more, the rest is excellent and the staff
