Was in town , was craving ice cream- haven’t been to baskin robins in years. Pleasantly surprised with the selection of flavors- especially the tropical options. Staff was friendly and working hard as they were taking care of online, drive thru, and in store customers. Pricing is extremely fair with generous scoops! Would absolutely recommend/ return! Parking lot is a plus!

DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDERS! SCAMMERS! My husband placed an order through the online portal. After he was charged for a custom cake, they called us to notify us they couldn't do the cake. They refused to cancel our order and reimburse us the money they charged us already and said to get one of the premade cakes. Not sure why they have online ordering available for this location when they can't create the cakes. Can't distinguish if it's sheer laziness or inability to create it but regardless the option should not be listed and we should not have been charged. They were extremely unhelpful as well.

As far as Dunkin donuts goes, this is a decent place for a quick bite to eat. Sometimes it gets a little crazy because it's both Dunkin and Baskin, however the people are rather friendly and they do a decent job at making your coffee/food. I usually get an iced coffee and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. It's a basic order and so far no complaints when I get from this Dunkin.
Employees are not too attentive towards customers needs plus the prices were a bit expensive for the portion you receive. Probably won't visit for a while.

Finally order and she speaks only Spanish to customers and catches attitude when you ask for flavors as well catches attitude when you ask “ I’m sorry what did you say “ and throughout the whole process she’s on TikTok !!! Horrible I wouldn’t even rate it 1 star
