I'm sorry for the workers having to put up with such a toxic woman. I went with the intention of hoping she wouldn't be there. Seeing the mosquitoes, dirty hands touch things. Mr. Albeiro, one less customer.

The worst experience in this restaurant.
The service was terrible, the waiter was completely lost, thanks to the fact that the host came to take our order. We ordered two trays paisas and an order of empanadas. We continued to order 2 more trays and another order of empanadas to go. When we asked for the check they had included the tip. It seemed strange to me because in 30+ years working in the same industry I had not seen it included for a party of 2. It is not the $20 that was 15% that honestly would have left them 20% or more because I understand the industry, but it was bad practice for me. Finally, they did not include beans with the takeaway trays.
We have visited its location for many years but this experience did not leave me wanting to return. I hope they change that practice and do not characterize their customers and impose unnecessary charges.

Excellent food, good service,...however including the tip in the bill is equivalent to an increase of 15% on the price. We know that all Hispanics do not tip enough, but bringing the price up left me with a bad impression!

For several days I don't know what the cashier JANNET's disagreement is, (Bakery), we called to order several times, her attitude on the phone is not the best, she doesn't ask whose name the order is, when we go to pick up they take a while prepare! Today we called to pick up soup and the woman says that when they get here they will order it! Don't you have a pickup service? Today we spoke with the manager ESTHER, who informed us that they had already sent her several Memos, and that she is going to take action on the matter! LET'S WAIT!

First of all, we arrived and saw that they gave free mini empanadas and they did not give us. Then I ordered a paisa tray and a special sancocho that tasted good, I accompanied it with tongue in sauce and you couldn't see the tongue, the masacotudo rice was impossible to eat 😢 it was a bad experience

Always when you place an order to go, check the products that are complete, I went on 10/30/2024 and I made the mistake of not checking what I ordered and when I got home a product was missing!!! And it's not because of the cost of the product, it's the detail of wanting to share the product with the family (cheese bread) and finding that it wasn't there... I live in Willingboro, an hour away; Otherwise I would have gone back to make the claim... on the other hand, the lady who attends the cashier has a very rude way of treating or when collecting the bills!!!

the last time I give this place a chance.?
I'm been sitting here for over 20 minutes. Waiting for a simple egg breakfast. ? Never again.

**Today Not so nice server, forgot initial order, took forever to bring coffee, **No other customers** ? So its not busy? I had to go in bakery myself for pan de bono - then server saw me & gave attitude as to why I was getting it? Food took soo long a simple egg breakfast. Very unhappy with Todays service & Server. I used to love this place. :/

I bought some large quesadillas the first time they charged me 3x5 then another day 1.68 then this morning 2.00 and now at night 3.00 they say that Las Brisas Albeiro sold them and it seems that way because now they do whatever they want it's a shame they let it end.
